HEY!

So a reader of mine posted on my wall about three weeks ago, saying that she was looking forward reading this book but unfortunately it's not in English but in TagLish:  a combination of Filipino and English languages. Sad to say I don't have much time to reedit this one but in the future I'll make sure this will be in English. And it's flattering knowing that someone is actually interested in this book. Thanks! ^^

Chapter Three

GEORGE's POV

Ibang klase.

I got rejected for the second time at hindi pa rin ako nadala. The second's not that harsh but it hurts like hell.

I mean it's not that I'm reluctant to forget about him, 'coz actually I really do. Mahirap nga lang ang proseso. This needs time. I need time.

Amber. Zeke.

Hanging out with them helps... a little. So my next plan is to have lunch with them and go home with them.

Mukhang hindi naman mahirap.

Next thing is: learn to have a tunnel vision.

I'm actually practicing this everyday. Even I can see Clint in the corner of my eyes, I still managed to keep my fixation ahead of something. I would look straight at miles away. Hindi ako lumilingon. Kahit sa kinauupuan ko sa class.

And never make eye contact with him. If I did that, my stratagem will fail. And this shows that I still care.

Sounds harsh, though.

Never walk in his direction. If I can divert my way to the cafeteria without him walking pass by me, or like making a U-turn or something, that would be satisfying.

Nakaka-impyerno na to eh.

Every break time, nasa room lang ako.

Cooking is my passion.

I grabbed my TLE notebook from my bag and went out of the room. I was checking my notebook when I bumped into someone and fell to the ground.

"Hey! Are you blind??!"
sigaw nito ng may halong arte.

So kailangang sumigaw?

Hindi ko naman siya narumihan, nabuhusan ng kape, napahiran ng putik or something, pero daig pa niya ang babae sa kaartehan; pinagpag niya yung sleeves niya at legs niya in a way that's too cocky.

I got up and rubbed my sleeves and butt as well.

Ang yabang ng lalaking 'to.

"Buti naman at hindi mo'ko narumihan. Sa susunod kasi tumingin ka sa dinadaanan mo." he said.

What the----??

"Sorry hindi naman sinasadya eh."

"Sinasadya man o hindi, hindi pa rin yun sapat na dahilan para maging tanga ka." he said.

Aba! Talaga 'tong ogag na'to!😬

I gave him a death glare.

"No offense, dude. But it seems I made my point here. Next time, you should watch where you're going. That would be the second time I had warned you. Now get out of my way." he said as he bumped into me lightly.

What the fuck was that?

I was left standing there, obviously dumb-struck to what he had said.

Sorry it's short. I ran out of ideas these past few weeks. Actually I had tons of inspirations to write about but due to hectic school works and typical chores in my house, I forgot all of 'em.

The guy actually in the cafeteria scene is about a school mate of mine. He will take a very important role in this book so keep an eye out for him.

Thanks for reading!
