I'm trying to help

Jessica's POV

I'm in the kitchen giving Duncan his breakfast before Ocean and Michael get here and Carson walks in. "Are they definitely coming today?" He frowns. "Yes, they'll be here in an hour. Why are you in such a bad mood today?" I look at him confused. "Because I had to listen to that thing crying all night and now I have to drive all the way to the post office to pick up some important packages because you send the mail man away!"

"Carson you know full well I don't sign things unless it's a legal document and a lawyer is present. Do you have any idea what people can do with your signature these days?"

"Yes! They'll give you important fucking packages so I don't have to drive over to the post office on a Saturday to get them! And you didn't have a problem signing custody papers to get that!" He frowns pointing at Duncan. "That was different. That was for legal reasons and a lawyer was there" I point out. "Well you need to get the lawyer back here so you sign them again so we don't have to do this shit every week" he frowns grabbing his car keys and heads to the post office.

When Carson leaves I turn my attention back to Duncan. "Don't worry about him" I coo "daddy's just a big grumpy today. Now let's go get all washed up and dressed" I smile picking him up from his high chair. "Now you be a good boy and get dressed nicely for mommy today ok?" I smile taking him upstairs. And he frowns at me. "What is it with you and daddy being all moody today?"

Ocean's POV

After my shower I head downstairs and Michael has made breakfast. "Awww baby, you didn't have to cook" I smile taking my seat at the table. "Well I wanted to do something nice for you" he smiles sitting beside me. We're sat talking for a moment and he suddenly goes quiet. "What's wrong?"

"Umm, about last night..." He starts to say but he's cut off when he hears Jermaine walking into the kitchen "Wow! It's 7am and you two are up already!?" He looks at us surprised. "It's our day with DJ today" I smile. "Going anywhere nice with him this week?"

"We wanted to go to the park or something but it's raining so we're just gonna be at Jessica's all day" Michael mumbles. "We should probably get going soon" he says getting up from the table.

Michael's POV

I've been trying to think of  to say to Ocean all morning about what happened last night, but with Jermaine walking around the house I didn't get the chance.

We're in the car on the way to see DJ and I'm still kinda nervous to bring it up last night. The whole drive we've just been talking about random stuff. We get to a red light and I decide to just come right out with it, I take a deep breath and sigh "About what I did last night" I say finally bringing up the topic. "I..." Before I get a chance to finish Ocean leans over pressing her lips softy against mine "I love you too" she smiles onto my lips then breaks away and sits back down. "Green" she says and I look at her confused. "The lights green" she giggles and I start driving again.

I've been so nervous about bringing up that conversation all morning, but it surprisingly went a lot better than I thought. I was really worried last night about whether or not I should do it. That was the first time I've ever done that to her when I hadn't blanked out and I had no intention of doing it to her then or even now, it really confused me when She said to the therapist she thinks I stopped forcing her because I didn't love her anymore and it broke my heart hearing her say that. I hate to admit this but Ray was right. The first time I told him what I did he said she must have enjoyed it or she would have left me and by the way she's acting this morning clearly she did enjoy it. Even though I feel kinda bad about forcing her apart of me actually enjoyed doing it.
