Ocean's POV

When I woke up I turned to see Michael sitting next to the baby just staring at him. I sit up an he quickly turns his head smiling. "Finally one of you is awake!" He giggles walking over to me "how long have you been here?" I smile back kissing him "only a few hours" he shrugs sitting beside me "hours! Why didn't you wake me"

"Mhm just a few and you both looked so peaceful so I didn't wanna wake you, plus you guys need your rest" I turn and notice a bag on a chair by the door "what's that's" I point over  "oh, that's just a few of your clothes and toiletries" I look at him confused "my parents let you get my stuff?"

"Mhm" he nods and I look at him skeptically "what happened?" He shakes his head "nothing" I can tell by the look on his face there's something he's not telling me "what did they say?" I ask bracing myself. He doesn't say anything for a moment then sighs "I didn't talk to them, when we got home last night all your stuff was outside"  he pulls me close to him "don't worry about them, you just had a baby you need to concentrate on yourself and him right now" He soothes wiping the tears that have become to roll down my face "how can I not?" I sniffle trying not to cry "look, they don't matter anymore ok? They made their choice the second they left this room. your apart of my family now. And we're our own family too, you me and..um" He stops and looks at the baby "we need to think of a name" point out. "Really? I was kinda getting used to baby boy Jackson" he chuckles. I giggle shaking my head "I do have a few ideas" he says seriously "me too"

A few hours later Michael's family came by. Janet immediately charges toward the baby "awww, soooo cute!!! He's so tiny like a little doll!" She coos "does he have a name yet?" LaToya asks smiling away at him "mhm...we finally decided" I smile "so? What is it!?" Randy eagerly asks. "Well, we thought really hard and we wanted something really strong like butch or brutus" I start to explain "and a leader like captain or something like that!" Michael adds "soo..." I smile to Michael. "Please don't tell me you've named my grandson Captain, Butch, Brutus" Joseph frowns "no" I giggle and turn to Michael "it's Captain, Brutus, Butch, Jackson!" Michael smiles. "Oh, well that's um....unique" LaToya smiles awkwardly. Michael and I begin to chuckle not able to hold in any longer "this isn't a joke. you have to take it serious when naming your child" LaToya frowns "oh Kay..." Michael rolls his eyes playfully. We thought really hard and we wanted a name that really meant something to us. So we wanted to name him after you Janet" he turns smiling at her "because when Ocean was in labour you were so brave and you ran and got help, plus because I love you so very much"

"But he's a boy so we couldn't call him Janet" I point out "so we chose Duncan or Dunk for short" He tell her and a smile stretches across her face "and we wanted to name him after someone Michael has always looked up to and who's been so supportive and accepting of him through everything" I add "so everybody" Michael smiles excitedly "this is Duncan, Joseph, Jackson"

"That's a beautiful name" LaToya smiles "it sounds awesome! DJ, Jackson!" Randy adds. Joseph smiles through pursed lips and quickly wipes a tear from his eye before anyone saw (but we did)  "that means a lot to me" he croaks fighting the urge to cry. Everybody including myself look on shocked by his reaction this is the first time anybody has seen Joseph tear up. "Anybody home!?" We hear an excited and familiar voice "Tito!when did you get here?" Michael smiles pulling him in for a hug "you mean when did we Another voice says ", Jermaine! Jackie!...you came!" Michael looks at him happy yet surprised "well I couldn't not come an meet my nephew" he smiles walking over to see him "I have to admit. I thought Randy was joking when he told me the news but then when you sent me the picture!" Michael looks at him confused "Randy told you? I thought mother called you" Jackie shakes his head "no, I called the house and Randy told me you were all at the hospital and Said you an Ocean had a baby" he looks around the room and notices Katherine isn't here "where is mother anyway?" He asks "she has some stuff to do back home she'll be here soon" Joseph tells him.
