I walked into the Dorms, and saw four signs. Each one said something different. "Princess Janelle Dorms"... "Princess Veronique Dorms"... "Princess Tatiana Dorms"... "Princess Liliana Dorms". "Um, which one are we?" I ask. "Lemme see," Aurelie took out a piece of paper from her pocket and read it over. "Uhh, I think we're the Tatiana Dorms," she said, studying the paper. We follow the sign and reach the door. "Whoa, it's huge!" I exclaim. "Yeah, no kidding!" Aurelie opened the door, and we walked in. It was a huge room. On one side of the room were two canopy beds side by side, and on another side was a huge bay window and a window seat. One of the other walls had two large, white desks and a mini-fridge. The last wall had two doors that opened into the bathroom and closet. "Do we have a view?" Aurelie asked me. We walked up to the window and saw a beautiful garden full of exotic flowers and a fountain.

I stood there in awe, but then reminded myself that I won't be here for long, so I better not get used to it. I climbed onto my bed, and opened my suitcase. I had 3 pairs of jeans: 1 ripped light blue, 1 dark blue, and 1 white. I also had 5 shirts: A white, flowy top, a teal, flowy top with silver, clear and teal rhinestones on the neckline, sleeves, and bordering the bottom, a normal light pink t-shirt that had Paris written on it with gold lettering, a Lululemon top for athletics, and a PJ top for going to bed. Heather had made me put in 3 dresses (not including the one I am wearing): A pale pink, silk floor-length gown, a short pastel yellow dress that had a bunch of tightly, sown together beads on the top, but just normal silk on the bottom that reached just above my knees, and a black silk gown that was floor-length that had gold accents and a thin, gold belt. I had secretly snuck in some NIKE shorts and Lululemon pants for riding.

I looked up to see Aurelie looking at my suitcase. "Not a girly-girl, huh?" she laughed, and lightly shoved my shoulder. I laughed with her, and replied, "Nope!" She giggled and we compared the stuff we had packed.

Once we were done and had fully unpacked, we headed over to the common room. I was busy talking to Aurelie, that I bumped into a boy. "Oof! Watch it!" I exclaimed, brushing off the imaginary dust particles on my gold dress. "You watch it!" he exclaimed. Then he saw me, and blushed. Argh, apparently I had this effect on everyone, great. "I'm sorry, miss," he said, suddenly polite. I giggled softly, "It's okay."

He gave me a lopsided smile and winked. I was immediately taken back, and shook my head. I must've imagined it. "My name is Brent Clemmens, I'm here for Princess Camilla. And you?" he asked. "Oh, I'm here for Prince Evan. And, my name is Brianna Stone," I introduced myself. "Cool," he shrugged his shoulder towards Aurelie. "Who's that?" he said, his cheeks slowly turning the color of beets. I silently let out a breath of relief. "Good," I thought, "He's in love with Aur, not me."

"Oh, hi! I'm Aurelie!" my friend shook his hand and flipped her hair. Oh, we had a lot to talk about when we got back to the dorm. "Wanna walk with us to the common room?" Aurelie offered kindly. "Sure," Brent's light brown hair and hazel eyes were absolutely gorgeous.

We reached the common room, and sat down next to three snobby-looking girls. "Ugh, who are YOU?" one of them spat. I tried to act confident, "I'm Brianna, and these are my two friends, Brent and Aurelie."

"Oh, well I'm Marabelle, and these are my two friends, Grace-Anne and Hope," she tossed her hair over her shoulder, and started talking to her friends, completely ignoring me. That's when the royal family came up onto the stage. "He's soo hot!" I heard Marabelle exclaim. "He's going to fall for me!" she batted her eyelashes. Prince Evan and his sister, Princess Camilla walked up, followed by King Anthony and Queen Delphie. Prince Evan scanned the crowd, and when his eyes found me, he smiled. I smiled back, not sure if he could see it, but I didn't want him to know that I secretly thought he was okay, so I quickly put on a straight face. I've seen Princess Camilla on R.B.News, but never in person. She had dirty blonde hair, blue eyes, lightly-bronzed skin, and a couple freckles. She looked like your average beachy teen. I could tell her smile was fake, whereas Prince Evan's smile was genuine. The Queen was absolutely beautiful, her blonde hair swept up into an elegant updo and a sparkling, diamond tiara sat atop her head. The King had a stern look on his face, and we could immediately tell he meant business.

"Welcome to Silvercrest Academy for Young Royals. Throughout the next 2 years, you will be learning how to become proper royalty, as well as just simple etiquette. It will be like high school... you are fully responsible for studies and athletics. All seven ladies, please stand," the King motioned for us to rise. As we stood, in the corner of my eye, I saw the Prince looking at me. I darted my eyes back to the King, praying that he didn't see me. "You will be competing for my son, Prince Evan Malix. All of you must take mandatory academic classes, as well as royalty classes. You all must do equestrian training, and a fine art. Please be seated," he clapped his hands once. "Now, the suitors, please stand," he motioned for the guys to stand. I inspected each one, and I could tell that all the other girls were too. I saw Brent smile at me, and I returned it. "You will be competing for my daughter, Princess Camilla Malix. You have the same rules as the ladies, except equestrian is optional, however you must take some kind of athletic sport. Please be seated," the king gestured for his son and daughter to come up.

"Now, as my father has already stated, school is taken very seriously here. No exceptions will be made unless he, my sister, or I say so. I will keep this short so that I can meet with all of the women individually, as will my sister. Have a good day," Prince Evan smiled and walked off.
