I wake up to the sound of birds singing. Oh, and also the sound of water running. "Aurelie must be taking a shower," I think. I climb out of bed and prepare myself for class. "Glad you're finally awake," Aurelie comments when she climbs out of the shower. Her monogrammed towel is wrapped around her, and her hair is up in a turban twist. "Oh really? And why would that be?" I ask while getting my shampoo, body wash, and conditioner ready. "Cause today's swimming tryouts," she exclaims, ecstatic. I laugh and shake my head.

After I take a warm shower, I dry myself off and put on the teal shirt and white jeans, along with a silver clutch and matching silver earrings, necklace, and bracelet. For the final touch, I put on a silver pair of wedges. "You look amazing as always!" Aurelie compliments. "What's the occasion besides a science test?" she asks. "Oh, I don't knowwww... maybe a date..." I wink. "Oh my GOD!!! With who?!" she squeals. "Who do you think?" I say, raising my eyebrow. "Uhhh, OH!!!!! With His Royal Hotness?!" she shrieks. "Um, you mean His Royal HIGHness," I laugh. "He's not thhaaatt hot," I say. "You're crazy, y'know that!?" Aurelie giggles.

After 8 hours of pure torture aka school, I head over to the bowling alley. I walk through the doors and turn a corner. That's when I see something. Marabelle kissing Evan. What makes me really mad though, is that Evan isn't shoving her off, in fact, it seems like he's enjoying it. I inhale a sharp breath, and Evan must've heard me, for he abruptly stops and looks around. I try to be silent, but it's no use. Evan pushes Marabelle off and walks over towards where I'm hiding. "Oh God, think Brianna, THINK!" I scream at myself silently. Before I know it, he's standing right in front of me. "WHAT WAS THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!" I shout at him. "Darling, I can expla-" he tries to say, but I cut him off. "I'm telling you, Evan, right now is NOT the time to call me darling! You were KISSING her! I thought I could trust you! But, apparently not!!! I'm SOOOO MAD right now, that I COULD TELL YOUR FREAKING PARENTS!!!!!" I scream. "Please, Brianna! Please don't tell my parents. It wasn't what you think it was!" he pleads. For a split second, I feel bad for him, but not for long. "OH REALLY!?! THEN EXPLAIN! WHAT WAS IT REALLY???!!!!!!!!" I elbow him hard. He winces, "Marabelle heard about us going to the bowling alley, and when I walked in, she pulled me and started kissing me."

"It didn't look like you were stopping her!" I holler. "I WAS!" he shouts back, but then he quiets down again. "I'm sorry, Bree. Really, I am. How about we go to your dorm," he tries to take my hand, but I turn away. "Right now, I need a break from royalty and from you. Have a good evening with Marabelle," I spat, and I turned around to leave. I wanted him to follow me, to beg me to stay, but instead, he just stood there, motionless. That made me even more upset.

The second I walked through the door of the dorm, Aurelie came rushing to my side. "How was it!? Was it cool?! How come you're back so early!? Did he kiss you?!" questions tumbled out of her mouth. "It was horrible. It wasn't cool. I'm back so early because I left him. And he did kiss, but it wasn't me," I answer, and tears start pouring out. "I'm so sorry, Bree!" Aurelie hugs me, and grips my shoulders. "Wanna tell me what happened?" she asks. I tell her the entire story, from me first seeing them kissing, to me turning away from him. "He didn't even try to make me stay!" I cry. "I'm sure he was just stressed," Aurelie tries to comfort me. "I bet you he'll be back by tomorrow trying to make it up to you."

"Yeah right," is all I say.
