I wake up to the sun blinding me. I slowly crawl out of bed and shower. "Hey girl!" Aurelie greets, her wet hair in a bun. "Hey," I mumble, grabbing a cup of coffee. "I need caffeine," I complain, and quickly swallow the drink. "Same," Aurelie laughs, and grabs a cup for herself. "Ready to dance?" she asks. "NO... you know I hate dancing... especially with other people watching me," I groan.
I slide on a pale yellow dress with tulle on the bottom, and I put on a white cardigan and white flats. A thick white headband is placed in my hair, and soon, I'm out the door.
"Welcome, Lady Brianna," a guard greets me. "Good day," I wave, and smile politely. Pop music is playing, and all the girls are there. Today is the day of the elimination, and I'm sooooo nervous. I immediately head over to the chocolate fountain, and I get a strawberry. Right as I'm about to dip it in, something shoves me. The strawberry drops from my hand, and it sinks to the bottom. I turn around to see Evan grinning mischievously. "Evaaannn," I cross my arms across my chest. "I was going to eat that,"I whine. "I know," he laughs, and picks me up bridal style. He spins me around, and my hair flies behind me. "You're beautiful, y'know?" he compliments, kissing my lips. "Oh, I know," I smirk, and stick my tongue out.
The music changes from lively, to slow and romantic. Evan looks at me for a moment, his gaze focused on me. "May I have this dance?" he asks. "I would say yes, but I can't dance that well," I admit. "We'll go slow, just follow my lead," he grasps my waist with his arm, and pulls me to him. The lights dim, and people part to make a circle. I don't even notice, and soon, Evan and I are dancing, my head resting on his chest.
I look up to see everyone "awwing" at us. "This is so embarrassing," I say into his chest. Evan looks down at me and says, "Do you not like being seen with me?"
"That's not what I meant... it's just... I'm not used to being looked at by thousands of people," I admit. He nods, and replies, "I understand... but you'll have to get used to it."
"Why? It's not like I'm going to become princess or something."
"You might," he raises an eyebrow. I laugh at the thought, and proceed with dancing.
Once the dances and fun events are over, the elimination is held. The Queen, King, Princess, and Prince walk up to the stage. "First, the suitors... the suitors who will be eliminated are... Sir Henri, Sir Jax, and Sir Bla-"
That's when the rebel alarms go off.
