TT laughed "What's cowgirl doing here? Don't tell me Joey invited her or any of you guys."

Joey stood quietly with the mic in his right hand.

"Humph! Don't no body know nothin'" the other girl said "You gonna speak up Joey? I know you're behind this."

"You don't want us to know your little secret do you?" TT asked while smirking

"I ain't got no secret." He mumbled

"You don't? You don't!?" She clapped her hands after every word. Ratchet ass females these days.

"Nah."

"I'm giving you one more chance."

"I ain't invite her ass over here! I don't know why she's here." He turned and looked at me

I couldn't even say anything. I just had a confused look on my face. Kwon looked at me with a worried look

"You just told me-"

"I ain't tell you shit. You thought I told you! Don't know why your ugly ass is down here but you gotta go."

I got misty eyed.

"Yeah. And don't talk to my man anymore. Indigo in this bitch." She waltz over to Joey and kissed him "You can leave now."

"Love you, indigo." Joey said

"Love you too Mr. Jozif Badmon."

I couldn't believe. It's like he led me on!

I got up and ran into the building. Kwon called after me.

"LESLIE!" I heard him yell. I clicked close in the elevator button but it was too slow. His foot held the door open and he slid in.

I was crying hysterically.

"Yo tell me what happened."

"Jo-Joey!" I couldn't speak. My aunt messaged me that she went to church and left the key on top of the doorway. I walked out the elevator and unlocked that door.

"He fucking led me on!!!" I shouted. "Why did he do this?" My cries turned into sarcastic laughter.

Kwon opened the fridge to get some water for himself and me. We both sat on the couch

"Ok, start from the beginning."

"Friday was when I arrived and you saw what happened with TT and I so he followed me to Michaels and we took it from there. We argued a bit but we made work, it was like we knew each other. I don't want it to sound like we've been through life together but we've-" I didn't know how to explain myself

"You two became friends and got close between about two days and he just turned on you like he didn't know you?" Kwon said as he opened the water bottle for me

"Yeah. That's exactly how it went."

"I made a mistake. Trusting him was a mistake. What is with you...you boys and breaking me like this? I understand I can be a lot of work but I don't deserve this at all. Joey was the only person I was getting along with, I thought we were getting somewhere. I don't want to be alone here. I spent way too much time by myself."

"I understand you."

"Really?"

"Yeah. I was once like that."

He leaned in and hugged me
