We hugged for a while. Tears streamed down my face.

"Sometimes I feel like the whole world is against me. Like I did something to the human race."

"You didn't do anything. Joey is a fucking coward for that." He looked angry "I'll straighten him out!"

"Just don't even." I groaned "I don't want anything to do with him. Fuck him and them hoes." I growled

"Don't do anything you'll regret." He said "It ain't gonna go how you planned."

"Trust me. I will not regret hurting them."

"I'm serious. You really gotta chill out. You ain't doing shit with me around."

I nodded my head "Oh? Oh. Okay that's fine!"

"Stopppppp!" He whined "Dont say it like that!"

"How do you want me to say it?"

"Not like that." I smiled and brushed him off.

Trust him or don't trust him? You've been through too much, Leslie. What if he's apart of a plan or trying to get some information from me? Don't trust him. Don't. But at the same time he's here talking to you, he's caring. Do.

"So how you feelin'?" He smiled

"I'm sleepy and my head is starting to hurt. Like pounding!"

"All that crying did a number on you, huh?"

"I guess so. God I hate crying in front of people."

"Why? You have emotions like everyone else."

"I know but it makes me feel weak, like I'm easily broken. It's true but I don't want it to show. I working on it though."

"Good. That's good. Now get up on let's go."

"Go where!?" I blew my nose in a tissue

"Get some foooooooooood! Unless you already ate or not feeling in."

"Why type of food?"

"Any type you want. Chipotle, Wendy's, White Castle. Be careful with White Castle thought, food is awesome but taking a shit with that in your system is a nightmare."

He pulled me off the couch and we came outside. Everyone was still there but didn't notice Kwon and I. They were too busy rapping or gossiping about I guess what happened earlier.

We started in the sidewalk.

"Took metro before?"

"Yup?"

"When?" He asked as he pulled his yellow and blue metro card out

"Not while I've been here but last summer my grandma showed me how it worked. It's pretty easy!"

"Alright. Can you tell me, just wanna make sure you know."

"You get your card, swipe it, then go through those metal bar things and make sure you know where you're going."

"Eh. That's basically it. Smart little girl aren't you and those metal things are called turnstiles."

"Whatever and Hell yeah, nigga. Already know." I danced.
