"My friends received a strange call too." I said
"Where are they?" Kwon asked.
"Damn it. They're all the way in Manhattan." I face palmed
"Why didn't you bring them with you?" Joey asked.
"They made me mad and I left."
"Childish.." Indigo mumbled under her breath.
"Don't start!" Kirk said
"I ain't do nothin'!" I said
"You was about to!" He said
"Y'all chill out. I'm dead ass with y'all." Joey said
"Imma call them and tell them to catch a taxi over here." I pulled out my phone and called them. "They're on their way."
"Alright, we gonna wait till they come." Joey said. I sat on the couch between Kwon and Dessy.
In about an hour the doorbell rang. I ran to the door and opened it.
"WHO IS THEMMMMMMMMM!?" Dessy said as he looked them up and down while grinning.
"Something you cant hit." Laila said as she sashayed into the living room with Aliyah tagging along. I locked the door and went back to my place on the couch.
Aliyah, Laila and I have each other dap.
"So what we over here fo?" Aliyah said.
Indigo rolled her eyes.
Laila got up and got in Indigo's face. "This the bitch that tried to fuck you and Joey over ain't it?"
"Chill!!!" I sat Laila back down.
"I'm chill nigga!" She moved my hand off her shoulder and sat on the floor with Aliyah, I sat with them too.
"Y'all stop with all this damn drama! We need to talk about these unknown callers." Kwon sucked his teeth.
"Kwon right." I said "So it was me, Laila, Aliyah, Kwon and Joey that got a call right?"
"And Indigo." Powers said.
"Hey P!" I said "I didn't see you. Come give me a hug!"
He bent down and gave me a hug.
"STOP CHANGING THE SUBJECT!!!" Joey yelled. We got quiet. "Anyway! My caller was a 704 number. Can you search where 704 is, Kirk?"
"On it." He said
"No need to. 704 is a Charlotte number." Aliyah said
"Aite we gettin' somewhere. Indigo and Kwon are the only ones that didn't get a 704 number." Joey said
"Then what did you guys get?" I asked
"I don't know it was unkn-" The power went out and interrupted Kwon.
"Fuck!"
