                 ~Levi's P.O.V~

"Have you noticed a change in (y/n)?"

I looked up at shitty glasses and frowned.

"That brat hasn't changed one bit. She's still quiet and useless." I replied.

"Rude, Levi, but I meant like she seems A LOT more agitated. Its like she is waiting for something."

I looked over at (l/n) sitting at her table. The more I stared at her the more I realized that Hanji was right. She was shaking her leg, and she was tapping her fingers on her cup.

"She's been acting this for two weeks. I don't know why, but she seems really worried. You should ask her if something is wrong."

I took a sip of my tea and got up from my seat.

'And now I have to deal with this brat again.' I thought.

I went to her table. She didn't notice that I was there.

"(l/n)!"

She was a little startled when I said her name. She looked at me and started wiping off her eyes.

"H-Heichou...I didn't see you there I-"

"Stand up."

(l/n) got up from her chair and she started twiddling her fingers. It looked like she was really worried about something. She was about to cry, I could tell.

"What is wrong with you?" I asked her.

"Uh t-there is nothing wrong. I-I don't understand your q-question." she stuttered back.

She is so tied up in her thoughts right now she can barely speak to me. There is definitely something wrong. I grabbed her wrists and held her still. A tear dropped from her eye.

"(l/n), I demand you to tell me whats wrong, or I will make you clean the whole headquarters again."

More tears started falling from her eyes. She pulled away her hands.

"I have to go." She walked out of the mess hall. I followed her to her room. She was crying.

"Please go away." she said while sitting in the corner of her room.

"I'm not leaving until you tell me what's wrong."

"Its none of your business!"

I rolled my eyes. I get irritated with her stubbornness.

"(l/n), please tell me," I said trying to sound nicer than what I do. "I won't tell anyone else."

She wiped away her tears from her eyes. I grabbed her hands and helped her get up off the ground.

More tears formed in her eyes, but I wiped them away.

"Remember I told you about my son?" she said.

I nodded slowly. I forgot she told me that, but now that she brings it up I remember it. And I remember what she was wearing which was exactly nothing.

"I-" she bit her lip. "Every night I sneak out to see him."

I raised my eyebrows and crossed my arms. "Go on."

"And two weeks ago, I got a letter from his caretaker that he will be admitted to go to a hospital. At first I was happy, but then I got really worried. I haven't seen my baby in two weeks and I think something is going on and I don't know about it..."

(l/n) started to break down in front of me.

"I just know something is going on. I'm afraid when I see him tonight, he won't be there."
