A few days have past since (Y/N) has returned to her old home, the Survey Corps base. The older soldiers, such as Mikasa and Hanji, had a somewhat emotional moment when she had come back, for it was just great to have an old friend come back. Everyone caught up with one another, and (Y/N) felt relieved that most of her old comrades were still alive.

(S/N) was introduced to everyone, he kept his true identity hidden for the first few days, and he will soon reveal his secret to be a titan shifter. No one knows about this secret yet, and it's burning in his chest to tell his mother, but he is afraid that she'll not love him anymore if he tells her the entire truth.

It is now night time. (S/N) is outside his mother's door with an urge to knock on it, but fear is keeping him from touching the wood. As (S/N) is contemplating whether to tell his mother the truth, (Y/N) sits on her window sill smoking away and thinking about everything that has happened in the past weeks. She is still shaken up in ways, but surely she is learning to forgive and forget.
