~The Next Day~
~(Y/N)'s P.O.V~

"Another titan shifter?" Hanji asked excitedly before coughing loudly and sitting up in her bed.

"No, no, Hanji. You need to lay down and get better." I told her.

"But I would love to test with this boy. Eren doesn't want me to test on him anymore, and I will be able to do that when I'm able to test on (S/N)."

"I don't want you to get up from this bed. Your not as young as you used to be, so you can't just go do tests while your sick like you did when you were younger."

"Your right, but I don't feel that way. Still feel like it was 20 years ago."

I lightly laughed and looked over at (S/N), who was sitting at Hanji's desk looking through notes.

"How has it been while I was gone?" I asked.

"It was a very long fifteen years. Things happened and...just everything was chaotic. We thought that by now we would retake Wall Maria, but we only were able to get halfway to Shinganshina."

"Ah, I see. Has Eren fully stabilized his Titan form?"

"Yes. He is able to be in his form for about four hours max. After that he needs a two hour rest, then he is back to his Titan form."

"Can he teach (S/N) to do that?"

"Yes, but first we should teach him to be a soldier, for expeditions and such."

"Hm..." I looked back at (S/N), and then made a worried face. "Will it hurt him?"

"Yes. He has to inflict self harm to turn into a titan, so he has to feel a little pain. You know what they say; no pain, no gain."

I nodded at her, and (S/N) looked at us and smiled. I got up and signalled him to leave with me, but he kind of was reluctant.

"You know what, Mom, I may be interested in these titans. Is it alright if I talk with Hanji about them for a while."

"Sure, darling, anything you want." I said before leaving the room.

I shut the door then felt a grip on my arm. It pulled me against the wall, and I looked straight at Levi. His mouth inches from mine, his warm breath grazed my skin, and his strong grip on me made me smirk.

"Miss me?" I asked him.

"You bet." he said before kissing me lightly.

"Levi, I-"

"Don't speak."

Levi kissed me again and brought his hands to my head. His lips lightly separated from mine.

"How are you feeling?"

"Fine."

"You sure? You had quite a bit of bruises and cuts after the Ingrid incident."

"Really, I'm fine. I just have nightmares, that's all."

"Hm." Levi hummed, not satisfied with my answer.

I looked around our surroundings and looked down, then into his eyes.

"Okay...I do feel a bit sore on this one spot."

"Where is it?"

"On my stomach."

Levi raised my shirt, then looked under to see a purple line that was a bruise. He touched it and I flinched a bit.

"It hurts, doesn't it?" he asked.

"Yeah."

Levi groaned slightly, then grabbed my hand to pull me downstairs with him. While walking down with him, we ran into a dark haired girl with a bunch of papers in her hand. She grew surprised and the glasses on her face fell off.
