~(S/N)'s P.O.V~

"(S/N), follow that assassin. I want you to find him and bring him for interrogation." my father said taking my mother's body from me.

"Yes, sir." I said hesitating to walk away from my mother.

"I won't come back until I find the assassin."

I shouldn't of said that.

I barely know what this assassin looks like. All I know is that he has slightly tanned skin and maybe has red hair. I specifically remember seeing red locks poking out from the mask. Luckily there aren't that many gingers in this small world, so he may be easy to point out.

I wandered down the roads in a town near the Survey Corps' base. My little expedition to find this assassin in Wall Rose is going to be exceptionally difficult. Wall Rose is huge! How am I going to find one man in the midst of thousands of people?

Pure determination, I guess.

I'm actually more worried about finding my way back home to mom.

"Oi, (S/N)!" I heard Lauren chirp from behind me.

I looked over at her and stared blankly at her.

"What?" I asked.

"You're just going to leave me and Ron behind? I don't think so." she replied.

I gave her a small smile.

"I'm sorry for leaving you two behind. I was just in my thoughts." I told her.

"You're fine. If Floyd asked me personally to find an assassin, I'd be in my thoughts too." Ron said.

Lauren hummed a laugh and looked around.

"I'm back home." she said. "The Scouts base isn't that far. Its a few miles down from here. We could stay there for a night before we head out again."

I nodded in agreement with her, and we trailed along the dirt road.

I'm glad I asked to take Lauren and Ronald. They know their ways around, and they can help me with this mission. We made a turn to our left and saw this bar. It was fairly small, and I could hear the instruments playing from inside.

"Captain Levi goes to this bar all of the time. He leaves almost every night to come here, and I have no idea why." Lauren told us.

"Maybe he has a lady friend." Ron said.

"Probably. You know how soldiers are. After a long day of work, you go to a bar to get drunk and laid." I added.

Lauren and Ron laughed loudly, and I looked at them with confusion.

"What are you guys laughing about?"

"You really think we do that after a long day of work?" Lauren asked.

"Wow, you must think we have time after hours to do anything we want." Ronald said.

They calmed their laughter.
