The Ice-Mage (Gray Fullbuster x Reader)

Chapter 14

(3rd PoV)
"Make her cry Natsu, and I'll kick your ass." Gray said to Natsu.

"I would never make (Y/ N) cry." Nastu said.

"Yeah. And I would've already kicked his ass if he made me cry. I got this Gray-kun." (Y/N) said as she dusted off her hands.

They were currently outside, in front of the guild. Everyone in the guild came to watch (Y/N) and Natsu.

"Do I have to do this?" (Y/N) asked. "Yes." Everyone said in unison.

(Y/N) groaned, "I just don't want to hurt Natsu.."

Everyone laughed as Natsu just frowned, "Like you can hurt me. I'm still older than you (Y/N)."

"Doesn't mean you're stronger than me." (Y/N) said as she smirked.

"Enough talking you brats, fight!" Master Makarov shouted.

(Y/N)'s PoV
"Fire Dragon Roar!" Natsu chanted. His attack came right at me, but I dodged it right before it could hit me.

"Rock Discs!" I chanted. Rocks about the size of my hand flew towards Natsu. He punched most of them, breaking them, while letting the rest fly past him.

"Fire Dragon Wing Attack!"

"Water Dragon Wing Attack!"

Both of our attacks collided. My attack took out his attack since it was water vs fire.

My fists got covered in rock as Natsu charged at me with his hands engulfed in flames.

Once he was close, he swung at me various times.

"Erg!" I yelped out as he hit me. Just as Natsu was about to hit me again, I crouched down and kicked his legs out from under him.

"Gah!" Natsu yelled as he fell.

I stood back up as the rock on my hands crumbled to the ground.

As I turned around the fix my hair, I was suddenly tackled to the ground.

Some people gasped.

'Ow..'

"Get off of me." I said as I struggled to get free. Since I was laying on my stomach, it was harder to get free.

"Nope." Natsu said as he smirked.

"(Y/N), if you don't get up in the next 10 seconds, Natsu will win." I heard Master Makarov say.

'I have to get up. I won't let Natsu beat me. I've improved so much since they were gone. I have to show them that I've improved.'

"10.."

"9.."

'I have to show them the other elements I know, not just the 4 main ones.'

I covered my left hand in the strongest work I knew and began punching the ground.

"What are you doing?" Natsu asked as he watched me.

I stayed quiet.

"Is she going crazy?"

"Is she mad that she'll lose?"

"Whatever she's doing has to hurry up."

I heard people say around me.

"7.."

I closed my eyes and began punching the ground harder, creating various cracks in the ground next to me.

It also created a hole where I was punching.

"6.."

I started to punch faster, making the hole deeper. As soon as my whole left arm was in the hole, I let out a sigh of relief.

"5.."

I relaxed my whole body and tried to become one with the ground.

"4.."

"Melo come on! You can do this!" I heard Gray say.

I then felt something trickle up my left arm. I smirked then activated my telepathy and connected to Gray.

'Gray-kun, say something that will make Natsu angry. Quick.'

"3.."

I saw Gray nod. "Melo, beat Coal-Heads ass! He shouldn't be a challenge to you!" Gray yelled.

"2.."

"What was that Ice-Princess?!" Natsu said as he loosened his grip on me.

"1.."

'Finally.'

I pulled my arm out of the ground and punched Natsu right in the gut, making him fall back.

I immediately stood up and smirked.

I heard everyone around me gasp at what they saw. "Ow.. Why did that burn like hell?" Natsu said as he slowly got up, holding his stomach where I punched him.

"Her hand.." Someone began.

"Is covered..

"In.."

"Lava?!"
