The Ice-Mage (Gray Fullbuster x Reader)

Chapter 37

(3rd PoV)
"Steel-God Ice? What's that?!" Natsu asked.

"It's a very strong type of ice that a very powerful ice wizard made a long time ago. It's practically impossible to break." Gray explained.

Gray then cursed under his breath as he saw how (Y/N) looked. (Y/N) was badly bruised and battered from the punches Kino gave her. She was swaying slightly and attempting to get out of the ice.

(Y/N) groaned loudly in annoyance. "Damn you Kino." She said as she glared at Kino, who was smirking.

"Not so tough now are we, little sister?" He asked cockily, making (Y/N) scowl.

"Why you-.." (Y/N) began as she attempted to get free and engulfed her hands in purple fire. She tried to melt the ice with her fire, but sadly failed, making her groan in annoyance again.

"Oh stop your whining, it's getting on my nerves. I might as just knock you out to make you stop." Kino said as he started to walk towards (Y/N).

Gray was about to lunge at Kino, but was held back by Erza and Natsu. "Gray, this is still a fight. I know you don't like it, but you cannot interfere." Erza said. Gray cursed quietly as he stopped.

(Y/N) glared at Kino, then smirked. Kino stopped in his tracks as he saw (Y/N) smirk. "Why are you smirking?" He asked.

"I don't need to move around to be able to hit and defeat you."

(Your PoV)
"Elemental Dragon Roar!"

I attacked Kino straight on, sending him flying back and falling onto the ground. Everyone, besides Garmo and Julia, cheered.

"Ice Floor." I chanted, making the battle field ice over. I covered my hands in the strongest ice I know how to make and bent down slightly.

I began repeatedly hitting the Steel-God Ice with my ice covered hands.

I glanced up and saw Kino getting up. I looked back down and continued to hit the ice. I then whispered a spell,

"Invisible Air Bubble Force Field."

'I know Kino's going to do something that no one in Fairy Tail, especially Gray, will like. But I don't want them interfering. This is my fight.'

I then saw a small piece of Steel-God Ice break off and land next to me. I grinned and picked it up.

But it was soon snatched out of my hands by Kino. I whipped my head up at him and glared.

"How.. How did you break it..?!" Kino asked. I simply smirked at him, "With my ice covered hands. Duh."

In an instant, Kino grabbed a chunk full of my hair tightly and pulled it, making me cry out in pain. Getting your hair pulled hurts like a bitch. "Don't get smart with me." Kino growled out.

"Let go of her hair!" I heard Gray yell as he attempted to run into the field, but was blocked by my force field.

"What the hell.." He said. I then saw Gray look at me, as if telling me that he knew that I put up a force field.

"Let go of my hair dammit!" I yelled as I grabbed his hand and tried to pry it off.

"Why did you want this piece of ice?" Kino asked as he held up the piece of ice to my face. I glared at him.

"So I could make you eat it." I said.

Kino scoffed and smirked, "Make me eat it? That's disgusting. How about I make you eat it?"

My eyes widened, but I then smirked.

'Sure. I've never eaten Steel-God Ice before.'

"Go ahead and try." I said bluntly.

In an instant, Kino shoved the ice my mouth. I smirked as I began chewing the ice.

As I swallowed it, my engulfed my hands in fire, burning Kino since I had my hand on his hand. He immediately yelled in pain and jumped back in shock and pain.

Kino held his hand as he looked at me in shock. "How did you chew that ice so easily?!" He asked.

I bent down and punched the ice around my feet, freeing them as cold air swirled around me. "I can eat any element. Then right after I eat it, I can use and control it." I said with a smirk.

I slowly walked towards Kino as my hands were engulfed in fire, water, and chunks of ice and rock.

I then ran at him at God-Speed and rapidly punched him. The last punch sent him flying to the ground.

I walked over to him and kicked him lightly. I looked up at everyone with a grin, "He's unconscious."

(3rd PoV)
"Yeahh!" Everyone cheered, besides Garmo and Julia. Garmo and Julia had their mouths hung open in shock.

As soon as (Y/N) deactivated her force field, everyone went running towards her. Alicia was the first one to hug her.

"Th-Thank you (Y/N)-san!" Alicia cried into (Y/N)'s chest.

(Y/N) smiled softly at Alicia and hugged her back.

"There I healed him. He's waking up." (Y/N) said as she stood up from her knees. She just healed Kino, who was waking back up.

Kino groaned as he sat up slowly and rubbed his head. He looked up and saw everyone surrounding him.

".. I lost, didn't I?" Kino asked as he stood up. Everyone nodded, making Kino frown.

Garmo and Julia looked upset as they stood next to Kino.

Alicia stood next to (Y/N) and held her hand as she shook slightly. "Take the brat if you want. She's useless. Just like you-" Garmo began.

But stopped mid-sentence due to (Y/N) slapping him.

"That's enough. You have no right to say that about Alicia. I sense great magic power from her." She growled out.

Before Garmo could reply, (Y/N) said something,

"Leave right now and stay the hell away from me and my real family."
