Chapter 36

(3rd PoV)
"What?!" Everyone from Fairy Tail exclaimed.

"(Y/N)-san, you can't!" Wendy said.

Gray went up to (Y/N) and made her turn around to face him. "(Y/N) you can't be serious." He said with a worried look.

(Y/N) flinched and shook her head. "I'm being serious Gray. You trust me right?" She asked as she noticed that Gray's shirt was gone. She mentally rolled her eyes.

Gray nodded and stuck his hands in his pockets, "Of course I trust you."

He leaned close to (Y/N)'s ear as he whispered something, "I just don't trust Kino."

(Y/N) sighed, "I don't either. But I have to do this. For Alicia."

"Alright." Gray said as he ruffled (Y/N)'s hair and smiled at her. (Y/N) blushed and turned around.

"We will fight out in front of the guild. Be out there in 10 minutes." She said with a stern tone. Kino nodded.

(Y/N) turned around and went outside, with Team Natsu and Alicia following behind her.

"(Y/N), you're seriously going through with this?" Lucy asked.

I nodded as I sat on the tree stump. Team Natsu stood in front of me. Alicia sat beside me.

"What magic does Kino use?" Erza asked.

"The last time I saw him, he learned Water magic. He can conjure and manipulate water. When I was younger and still with them, if I remember correctly, Kino was struggling with learning how to freeze water. " I said as I ran a hand through my hair.

"You have an advantage on him then. Even if he learned how to freeze water, you still have an advantage." Gray said with a smirk.

"What? How?" Lucy asked.

"Well first, I can manipulate water because of my Elemental Dragon Slaying magic. I also know Ice-Make magic." I said with a slight smile.

"You know more than your Dragon Slaying magic?!" Alicia asked.

I nodded.

"That's so cool!" She said excitedly.

I smiled, but gave Alicia a confused look as she frowned.

"What's wrong Alicia?" Erza asked.

"..Kino already knows how to freeze water." Alicia said with a frown.

Everyone, besides me, sighed. But I just smirked.

"What's with that smirk (Y/N)?" Natsu asked.

I shook my head and stood up as Kino and everyone else walked out of the guild. "You'll find out." I said as I started to walk to the open area.

"Alright here are the rules. If you knock out your opponent or your opponent is no longer able to fight, you automatically win. If you are held down by your opponent for 10 seconds or your opponent is not up from the ground in 10 seconds, you win. Understand?" Master Makarov explained.

(Y/N) and Kino nodded from their own sides.

"Let's go (Y/N)!"

"You got this (Y/N)-san!"

"Melo, you can do this."

"Begin!" Mast Makarov shouted.
