Chapter 9

(3rd PoV)
"Natsu! Happy! Get out of my fridge!" (Y/N) yelled as she stood in the doorway of her kitchen, where she yelled at Natsu and Happy.

Natsu and Happy immediately did what she said and ran out of her house.

(Y/N) sighed and looked through her fridge. It was completely empty.

She the heard a knock on her door and heard it open. "Natsu! Happy! If you're back to apologize, just go and buy me more food!" (Y/N) yelled, without looking who came in.

"I'm not Flame-Brain or Happy."

(Y/N) turned around and sighed, "Oh, hey Gray-kun."

"Is your fridge empty?" Gray asked. (Y/N) nodded. "C'mon let's go to the store then." He said.

(Y/N) nodded and grabbed my messenger bag. Gray and (Y/N) then left.

(Your PoV)
"Thanks for helping me put my groceries away, Gray-kun." I said as I closed the fridge.

"No problem Melo. Just hope that Coal-head doesn't eat it all." Gray said.

I groaned and shook my head, "One can only hope."

Gray chuckled, "Ready to go to the guild?" I nodded, "Yeah, let's go."

I grabbed my bag and Gray and I headed out.

~(On the way to the guild)~
"Melo, you're going to fall." Gray warned me. I was walking on the small wall where Gray was on one side and a river on the other side.

And yes. We were near Lucy's house.

"I am not going to fall." I said. "But remember-" Gray began. "That was one time! I was 8 years old!" I said as I interrupted Gray.

"Whatever you say Melo.." Gray mumbled as he adjusted my messenger bag on his shoulder. Why was he holding it? I have no idea.

I rolled my eyes and kept walking on the wall. Gray was walking on the ground next to me. Lame.

"I haven't done this in a while.." I whispered.

"Really?" Gray asked. I nodded, "When I first did this without you.. I.. I fell."

Gray and I both stopped.

"Melo.." Gray began. "I was off balance.. Something was missing." I said as I looked at Gray.

Gray was about to reply, when someone called him. "Hey Gray!" A girl called from a building. Gray looked over and sighed, "I'll be right back Melo."

I nodded and Gray went off towards the girl. 'Who is that? What does she have to do with Gray-kun?'

I frowned and shook my head. 'It's nothing. I know it is.'
I walked back and forth waiting for Gray to come back, but

I slipped.

(3rd PoV)
*SPLASH*

"No, we were never together-" Gray said to the girl, but stopped when he heard a big splash.

Gray whipped his head towards where (Y/N) was. She wasn't there.

"Melo!" I yelled as he ran towards the wall.

In the process his shirt disappeared, but that was normal.

Gray looked over the wall and saw bubbles, then saw (Y/N) emerge to the surface.

As (Y/N) mumbled some profanities under her breath, Gray sighed in relief.

"Are you okay Melo..?!" Gray asked as he pulled (Y/N) out of the water.

She nodded and wrung out her hair.

Oh and her shirt was gone too leaving her in her bra. That was normal too.

They both started to walk to the guild.

Gray looked around and noticed that all of the boys and men they passed looked at (Y/N).

Gray gave them all a glare, making them all look away in fear. "Where's your shirt?" Gray asked. "I lost it in the river." (Y/N) said.

"Here, take my shirt." Gray said as he offered his shirt to (Y/N).

"Why? I'm not cold." (Y/N) said. "People are looking at you. Boys are looking at you." Gray said with a frown.

(Y/N) looked around and gave all of the men and boys looking at her, a deadly glare. Which made them completely stop looking at her.

Gray chuckled and shook his head. "That's my Melo." He said as he slung an arm over (Y/N)s shoulders.

(Y/N) kicked open the guild doors. "Hey guys." She said as she and Gray stepped inside.

Everyone greeted them, but stopped when they saw (Y/N) topless.

All of the boys gawked at her.

"Stop staring at her!" Gray and Natsu yelled in unison.

"Stop gawking. You guys act like haven't seen a girl topless before." (Y/N) said as she rolled her eyes.

But none of them listened, which made Gray, Natsu, and (Y/N) mad.

"You guys asked for it." (Y/N) said slowly.

"Erza! Mira! The boys won't stop gawking at me!" (Y/N) exclaimed.

Erza and Mira immediately appeared next to (Y/N).

They all nodded at each other and looked at everyone.

The three of them then gave each and every male in the guild, besides Gray and Natsu, their deadliest glare.

Everyone in the guild, even the girls, shivered and hid under the tables, avoiding the glares.

"We're sorry (Y/N)!"
