Chapter 38

(3rd PoV)
"Alicia, let's go! You don't want to be late for your first day of school!" (Y/N) yelled out.

"I'm coming!" Alicia yelled back right before emerging from her room and down the stairs. (Y/N) stood impatiently at the doorway, pulling on the strings of her (F/C) string backpack.

As soon as they stepped out of the house, (Y/N) shut the door and locked it.

"You ready for your first day of school?" (Y/N) asked as she and Alicia ran in the direction of the train station.

Alicia nodded slightly, "Kinda." (Y/N) glanced at Alicia and gave her a reassuring smile, "Don't be nervous, you'll have fun."

Alicia nodded as they passed through the plaza. (Y/N) then bumped into someone, making her stumble and stop. She whipped her head at the person.

"Watch where you're going-" "I'm sorry-"

"Melo?" "Gray?"

(Y/N) smiled sheepishly as Gray shook his head with a small smile on his face.

"Why are you in such a rush?" Gray asked, not seeing Alicia standing behind (Y/N).

"I have to take Alicia to school. It's her first day and I don't want her to be late!" (Y/N) said as she started to back away. "I'll talk to you later. Bye!" She finished as she and Alicia waved and started to run.

"Bye?" Gray said questionably. He shook his head and started walking to the guild. "School huh?"

"Just knock on the door Alicia!" (Y/N) whisper-yelled. "I don't wanna go in there! Everyone is going to be looking at me!" Alicia whined as she attempted to get out of her older sister's grip.

"I'll be there right with you, now come on!" (Y/N) reassured as she pulled her younger sister towards the door. As Alicia kept struggling, (Y/N) knocked on the classroom door.

As soon as the door opened wide enough, (Y/N) dragged her sister through the door and into the classroom.

The room became quiet as (Y/N) and Alicia stood in the classroom, no longer arguing.

"Um, who might you two be?" A woman, around the age of 45, asked. (Y/N) slightly pushed Alicia in front of her.

"U-Um.. My name is Alicia (L/N) and I'm a new student." Alicia said as she bowed to the woman, who was the teacher. The teacher smiled recognizingly, "Ah yes, I was told that a new student would be coming today."

The teacher then looked behind Alicia and at (Y/N), who was looking around the classroom and inspecting the other students. Alicia noticed where the teacher was looking and nudged (Y/N), making (Y/N) look at Alicia and the teacher.

"This is my Onee-san. She brought me here today." Alicia explained as she gestured to a bored looking (Y/N).

(Y/N) bowed at the teacher as she introduced herself, "My name is (Y/N) and as Alicia explained, I'm her older sister." The teacher smiled at (Y/N), recognizing her name. Murmurs began around the room.

"(Y/N) (L/N).. That name sounds familiar.."

"Is she famous?"

"I think she's a wizard.."

"She looks scary."
