Chapter 18

(3rd PoV)
"I'm going to follow her." Gray said as he stood up from the table.

"Gray, I think you should give her some space." Erza said.

"Why?" Gray asked.

"We heard you and (Y/N) talking. We burst into the room before you guys said something you'll regret." Lucy said as Natsu, Wendy, Erza, Happy, and Carla nodded.

Gray sighed and ran a hand through his hair, "Fine. I'm heading home."

"Don't forget your clothes." Erza said.

Gray nodded and walked around the guild looking for his clothes.

"Gray-sama! Juvia found your clothes!" Juvia exclaimed as she waved around Gray's clothes.

Gray groaned as he saw Juvia. "Thanks. Can you give me my clothes?" Gray asked.

Juvia nodded and gave Gray his clothes. He quickly put his clothes on and walked out of the guild.

(Your PoV)
'The nerve of Gray. Is it so bad that I just wanted to repay him?'

I opened the door to my house, stepped inside, and closed the door while locking it.

"The nerve of Gray. I swear." I mumbled as I took off my shoes and set them by the door. I went upstairs and into my room. After I hung up my bag, I fell onto my bed.

"I wish I had an exceed. If I did, it wouldn't be this quiet all the time." I thought out loud.

I stood back up and went downstairs to the thermostat in the living room. The thermostat controlled the temperature of the whole house.

It read 85 degrees.

'No wonder it's so hot in here.'

I turned down the temperature to 65 and went into the kitchen to cook something.

After I ate, I went upstairs to take a shower. I grabbed my night clothes and went into the bathroom in my room.

I undressed, turned on the shower, and stepped in.

"Why can't Gray just understand that I'm not a little girl anymore."

"Why did they get mad at me? Why me? Natsu does things like this and he doesn't get in trouble. But the first time I do it, I get on trouble."

As I was washing out the conditioner in my hair, I sensed something.

Someone was in my house.

(Y/N) quickly rinsed off and got out of the shower. She quietly dried off her hair and body.

"Damnit, I can't sense what room they're in. I have to change though, just not in here.." (Y/N) mumbled.

She wrapped her towel tightly around her body, leaving her hair down.

(Y/N) slowly walked to the bathroom door and opened it. She turned around to close it.

When (Y/N) turned back around her eyes widened as a blush went across her face.

Gray was in her room

While (Y/N) was only in a towel.
