(3rd PoV)
"It's day 3 of the Grand Magic Games!"

"Yeah! Way to go Laxus!" Happy cheered.

Laxus just defeated Raven Tail, making the whole crowd go wild. Especially Fairy Tail.

"Those cheaters.." (Y/N) mumbled.

"Stop worrying about that Melo. He won didn't he?" Gray said.

(Y/N) sighed but nodded, "Yeah."

"After our 2 hour break, we have another one on one battle! Stay tuned!" The announcer said.

"Hm. I wonder who's going to fight." Erza thought out loud.

"Hopefully someone awesome!" Natsu exclaimed.

"Aye sir!" Happy said.

"I hope it's (Y/N)-san!" Wendy said, fully recovered.

Everyone nodded.

"It would be an interesting fight."

"(Y/N) fights like a true man!"

"(Y/N) would definitely win!"

"Come on guys. You're being nice, but I doubt that I'll be chosen." (Y/N) said as she leaned against the wall.

"You'll be chosen. Now let's go eat!" Natsu said as he and Happy left in search of food.

"I agree. I'm starving." Lucy said.

"(Y/N), Wendy, do you have that idiots scent?" Erza asked.

(Y/N) and Wendy nodded.

"You guys go on ahead with Wendy. I'll get the rest of Fairy Tail." (Y/N) said.

"I'll go with you." Gray said.

(Y/N) nodded and left with Gray to go get Master Makarov and the rest of Fairy Tail.

(Gray's PoV)
"Hey Melo."

"Yeah?"

"When will you smile again?"

(Y/N) stopped walking, making me stop.

'I just want to see you smile.'

"I don't know." She replied quietly.

I frowned and grabbed one of her hands tightly.

".. Will you ever smile again?" I asked as I looked at her in the eyes.

".. Probably. But I won't smile for a long time. Sorry.." She replied as she looked away from me.

I smiled and pulled her into a hug, "It's fine. I don't care how long I have to wait. As long as I'm the first one to see you smile, I will wait forever to see you smile."

I felt (Y/N) wrap her arms around me as she buried her face into my shoulder.

(Y/N) mumbled something which made me smile and nod,

"Thank you."

(3rd PoV)
"(Y/N), I didn't know you could eat that fast.." Lucy said in disbelief.

"You eat just like Happy and Natsu." Erza said with a sweat-drop.

(Y/N) shrugged as she kept eating.

"Don't eat so fast Melo. You could get sick." Gray said sternly.

Everyone at the table quieted down as (Y/N) stopped eating.

"I will punch you if you say something about the way I eat." She said sternly as she glanced at Gray.

Gray's eyes widened, but then went back to their normal size as he started to eat again.

He then chuckled, "Your glare when it comes to people telling you how to eat has gotten stronger. I was actually scared for my life."

"Duh." (Y/N) said as she continued to eat.

The rest of the Fairy Tail members glanced at each other as they laughed nervously and started to eat again.

(An hour later, back at the arena)
"Alright folks, now up for the long awaited battle! And it's a rare type of battle that I know you'll all love!

This battle consists of a female and male mage battling each other!" The announcer began.

The crowd gasped. Even the guilds were in shock.

"This rarely happens!"

"It better be interesting!"

"They both have to be strong if they were paired up!"

"I wonder who they are." Erza thought out loud.

"I wouldn't be surprised if one of them came from Sabertooth." (Y/N) said.

"Now, the male mage that will be battling is..

".. Sting Eucliffe from Sabertooth!" The announcer announced loudly.

The whole crowd went crazy.

"Told you." (Y/N) said as she crossed her arms.

"I'm not surprised." Gray said.

(Y/N) got off the wall and started to walk towards the hallway.

"Where are you going (Y/N)? He's about to announce who the girl is that's going to fight that blonde-haired dude!" Natsu said excitedly.

"I already know it's not me. So I'm leaving." (Y/N) said as she started to walk away, but slowed down as soon as she heard the announcers voice.

"And now for the female mage! The female mage that will be battling it out with Sting is..

...

...

.. (Y/N) (L/N) from Fairy Tail Team A!"

I paused at the mention of my name.

'That's me.. I'm (Y/N) (L/N)..

Well actually (Y/N) Gengon (L/N), but cares?

...

...

I CARE! That's the name Genso gave me!

Back to the thing the announcer just said..

I'M FIGHTING STING?!'
