"Ahhh!"
The yell of the four A-Listers had brought everyone's attention and were now soon surrounded by their peers and adults.
As soon as Sam had gotten to the scene she pointed a threatening finger against Dash's bulky chest.
"What did you do?!"
Dash unable to respond; fear evident on his face, only let out a small, barely audible whimper.
Not getting an answer from the quarterback she ignored him and went down to her now awake boyfriend. Danny's eyes were still neon green and he was clutching his necklace tightly as if he were to let go it would break. He glared at the blonde and growled out a sentence everyone was familiar with.
"Don't Ever touch this."
It wasn't a question; more like a demand mixed with a threatening vibe. Even Dash knew not to cross that; knowing that Danny wasn't capable of much as he was weak but the fact that he practically arose from the dead scared the living daylights out of him.
Danny continued to glare at the blonde until he saw his girlfriend move in front of him; anger quickly vanishing.
"Oh Danny!"
He heard the high pitch voice of Maddie as she made her way towards him. He was confused as to why she was acting worried about him as far as he knew she never really worried about him. Even Jack cared more about him than Maddie but of course there always seems to be something stopping Jack from actually being some sort of father to Danny.
As Maddie was about to hug her son; who kept inching away from her in hate and confusion, Sam stopped her a cold, hard glare sent to the auburn redhead.
"I'm going to stop you right there Mrs. Fenton."
The glare didn't go unnoticed by Maddie but she was surprised about the sudden change of behaviour. Glaring back, Maddie made sure not to show any weakness towards the goth beauty.
"And why can't I?"
It wasn't a question it was a demand and Sam knew that but didn't make her lower her glare if only, she made it hardened.
However, before Sam had a chance to speak back to the scientist Tucker stepped in just to make sure a cat fight didn't start between the two.
"Listen Mrs. Fenton, Danny just woke up and he's obviously in a lot of pain. If you were to hug him it could only make the damage worsen."
Maddie understood this of course; taking some medical courses in college if ghost hunting ever got too dangerous, however she was his mother and she will be the one to check on him.
"Let me check on him then. I know what I have to do and what I don't, so if you just step aside-"
As Maddie was making her way around the techno-geek she was stopped once again by Sam.
"Sorry Mrs. Fenton but the only person he allows to check on him is me and no one else. He trust's me with his life as do I with him, so I will be checking on him."
Before Maddie had a chance Sam had turned on her heel and bent down to help her son. How dare this girl not let her help her son?! She's just a defiant child who doesn't know what she's doing?! What about Danny? Does he trust Sam more than his own mother? Of course not! Sam and him are just puppy love; a high school fling. They don't even know what love is. Ridiculous.
She stood by her husband who kept glancing at her worriedly. She had been acting different lately; more aggressive, especially to Danny. He didn't know why or for what but he will find out.
