Dash didn't understand why he was looking at her; she was a loser for crying out loud! He on the other hand, was the coolest and hottest guy in school, it would never work. Besides, he has a girlfriend who is also hot and the coolest girl with him. This meant they were the perfect match, it just made perfect sense! Quarterback with head cheerleader. Not Quarterback and Loser. Ridiculous.

He went back to looking at his friends and tried joining in the conversation. Star was with Kwan talking about the situation at hand occasionally comforting one another that everything will be okay. Marcus was humming a small tune, something he did to keep himself busy and distracted. Josh, well Josh was glaring daggers at the back of Danny's head.

"What's with you glaring at Fenton like that?"

The question seemed to startle the young brunette as a small blush seem to tap onto his cheeks. Quickly, ignoring the question he shot one back to the quarterback, "What's with you starring at ' Loser Leslie'? Hmm"

Dash began to tense up in anger when he heard the stupid nickname but stayed quiet. It wouldn't look right if he defended her when he was the one who gave her that name. Now, he can honestly say he regrets it.

'No, Dash Baxter does not regret anything, ever!'

Josh seemed to know what was going on in the head of the quarterback and couldn't help but smirk a bit. The guy was falling for the loser! He would laugh at his face, he should laugh at his face but his mom taught him better than that. Of course, he was in the same boat after all.

"Hey man?"

Dash looked up at his teammate with an eyebrow raised; okay, yea maybe he didn't deny the fact that he had a small crush on her but he shouldn't get made fun of because of it. That was only towards the nerds and it was going to stay that way, even if he has to bury those feelings down his chest and take that secret crush to his grave.

"Don't worry, I won't tell anyone. I just want you to know that if you don't feel anything towards Paulina and it's pretty obvious she doesn't feel anything towards you with the way she's been flirting with Danny; why not end things? Someone is going to take Leslie right before you even have a chance to make your move."

Dash only sat there, upset at the fact that someone would be holding Leslie's hand instead of him. No, he couldn't let that happen. Although, he can't do anything at least not until he breaks up with Paulina. Why was Josh telling him this though? He's a jerk- or at least that's what he thought he was.

Looking at Josh again he saw that he was glaring over at Fenturd who was holding hands with a laughing Manson. It all seemed to click to Dash in that very minute of why Josh kept glaring at Fenton, 'he has a crush on Manson!'

Dash didn't know whether to think if it was gross or to squeal at the fact that it's like one of his many soap operas. Two people who completely hate each other slowly fall madly in love.

"I'll keep your secret too don't worry."

"W-what secret?"

Dash rolled his eyes, " Come on man I'm slow but not completely stupid, I see you glaring over at Fenton and the longing look you have when you stare at Manson. You're not obvious like Fentoad but you sure aren't as discreet like you think you are."

"Discreet? Big word"

Glaring slightly at the brunette, Dash slightly pouted, "I know words," he grumbled out.

Josh only shook his head amused, "Uh-huh, okay."

"So, How come Star and Marcus were the only two to get a weapon and not the rest of us?"
