You cant do this honey, youre pregnant.

You cant tell me what to do Im pregnant.

Sam smiled at the bickering the redhead was having with her boyfriend . She wanted to climb a step stool to fix a decoration that was too high for her but Brandon was having none of that and everyone agreed because seeing a pregnant woman wearing a knee length dress and flats on a step stool can cause everyones anxiety to flare up.

Finally, relenting Jazz gave Brandon a small glare before muttering a small Fine. She took a seat in one of the chairs by the snack bar and eyed the scene in front of her.

The ballroom was one of the many elegant rooms in the castle, filled with vines that came from the ground and reached the tops in different ways. There was an area where Ember will be playing music when the time came and balloons filled the ceiling in golds and greens. She smiled softly as she saw the kids fly around excitedly doing final touches in order to give Danny the greatest surprise ever as they so put it.

Danny deserves this. Deserves so much more than what he gets.

His classmates were helping as well but not as excited as the others were. In fact they seemed more uncomfortable than the ghost did who were tasked to help as well, which was understandable. The human mind can only take so much especially with revelations such as these? Theyre bound to be traumatized forever.

As Jazz continued to look around she didnt notice the person sitting next to her until she turned and let out a loud squeak causing many to stop and practically run to her. Nobody was faster than Brandon though.

Is it the baby?!

Jazz shook her head with a smile and just gave a small motion to Jack who seemed ashamed enough as it is for scaring his daughter. Brandon let out a sigh of relief before shooting a warning glance at Jack and leaving the two be. Sam however, made sure that the guards were watching their interaction as she went after the kids who had begun to cause a mess with the streamers

Jazz turning to her father with a polite smile gave him a warm hello. Im sorry for scaring you honey, that wasnt my intention. Jazz shrugged before speaking, Its okay Jack, I get startled easily when Im too deep in thought.

There was a moment of silence before Jack spoke again.

How far along are you?

Jazz smiled and placed a protective hand over her growing stomach, Six - almost seven months.

Jack felt tears prick at the corner of his eyes as he nodded. His babygirl was pregnant and shes crossed so many milestones. He should have been there witnessing this.

But hes not.

Not only did he missed Dannys milestones but missed Jazzs.

Is he good to you? Jack asked motioning to Brandon who was talking to Tucker while both began to organize the growing amount of presents that were being put on a separate table.  Jack knows that Danny already gave him a warning but as a father he just wants to makes sure his daughter is okay.

Hes the best. I cant imagine a life without him at this point.

The older man nodded and before he had a chance to continue speaking Jazz began once again, Is she here?

Jack was thrown off at the whispered sentence but nodded nonetheless, knowing who she was speaking of. Danny had her locked away along with a girl named Valerie after they both attacked him and the others. They were the reason he gave his secret away.
