Puppy Hood <3: happy valentines day babe <3 make sure ur ready by 4 that's when our date begins ;) <3 love you

I wake up to a sweet Valentine's Day text from my boyfriend and instantly get a smile on my face. By the time I stopped laying in bed for another hour and finished taking a shower, it was 1 o'clock. 

"Hey mom, hey day" I greet my parents when I go downstairs. "Where's Nate?"

"Still in his room, he just toasted some frozen waffles and went back upstairs an hour ago" my dad laughs. 

I laugh and shake my head. "Of course he did, but speaking of waffles, do we have any left I'm starving"

"If your brother didn't take everything there should be some left" my mother explains. I go to the freezer and luckily there were 2 waffles left. I leave the waffles in the toaster for a bit while I grab the berries and maple syrup to go with it. 

"So do you have any plans for today?" My mom asks me when I enter the living room with my plate filled with food. 

I nod my head. "Calum's picking me up here at 4"

"Calum? Is this the new boyfriend?" my dad asks.

"Yea, it's ok I'm going out with him tonight right?"

"Of course sweetie" my mom replies. "I finally get to meet him"

"We should invite him over for dinner one day" my father suggests.

"We haven't even been dating for a month yet and you already want to have him over for dinner? I don't remember you ever asking to have Luke over" I say

"Well I have a better feeling about this kid, so how about the end of February?" my dad asks.

"It should be fine. I'll ask him" I smile. 

"Good" he says grabbing one of the blueberries on my waffle.

After I finished a half of my homework, it was already 3. It should give me plenty of time to get ready. Except, I had no idea what I should wear for tonight. So obviously, I facetime Juliet.

"Hey" she says when we finally connect.

"I need help"

"With what?"

"I have a date tonight with Calum but I have no idea what to wear"

"Well it's pretty nice out so wear like a skirt with knee high socks or maybe a sweater dress"

"Maybe the sweater dress but pair it up with what?"

"Definitely the high boots" 

"Ok fine let me put it on first hold on"

"Ok I'll just wait here looking at your ceiling" She laughs at her own joke and I roll my eyes laughing a bit. "Oh did I tell you about what Ash has planned for me?"

"Nope but tell me" I say a bit muffled because I was currently pulling my sweater dress on top of me. 

"Ok so he said we were going to dinner first at like 7 then he wants us to go back to his place so we can watch a movie and make a fort together. He gathered blankets, pillows, lights and everything. He even brought the pillows Hailey! You know how much I love pillows"

"Aww that sounds perfect" They really were perfect together.

"It is!" Juliet quietly screams. "are you done yet?"

"Just one more second..ok done" I pick up my phone and face it to the mirror so she can see my entire outfit.

"Oh my god you look so good. Calum is going to love you"
