Round Four

The exit we went down was a tunnel. And it continued on, and on, and on, and on, and on…

“Will this end?” I groaned, arching my back down.

“It will if you want this…” the other voice on the intercom sneered.

Then suddenly, without warning, a large wall came between me and Sophie along with Raph, Reiley, and Fishface.

“Time to split you all up,” Baxter’s voice sneered on the intercom.

I pounded on the wall, “Sophie!”

“Mikito!” I heard her cry from the other side.

Leo got out his Katana swords and started slicing at the wall and Donnie got out his T-Phone. I continued pounding on the wall before backing up.

Natasha touched my shoulder and it made me jump, “She’ll be fine.”

“How do you know?” I snapped, turning on her. “Sophie’s arm is broke! She’s stuck with one good Turtle, one bad Turtle and a bad, poisonous fish!”

“Calm down!” Natasha growled so fiercely that it make flinch back. “She’ll be fine… Raph’ll watch her.”

She walked off and when she turned around, she held her head in pain. I instantly knew what was going on. Naomi… She’s the one that’s on the intercom…

“Now that’s a good guess, Mikito.” the other one said. “But you’ll know soon enough.”

Everyone looked at me and Donnie said to Mikey, “Keep Baxfan busy while I try and find this signal…”

Nodding, Mikey turned up, “Hey Baxfan!”

“It’s Baxter!” Baxter growled through the intercom. Donnie walked by me with his T-Phone and had a finger twirling in the air like “whoop-dee-do”.

“What made you start a career in super villainy?” Mikey asked with a creepy look on his face.

“Really?” I asked him. “This is how you’re going to distract him?”

“Well,” Baxter answered, thinking. “Since you won’t be alive to read my autobiography, I’ll tell you.” then he started with his tale.

“Nice thinking, Donnie….” Natasha sighed, looking miserable. “You got him talking.”

“At least it wasn’t the other voice!” Donnie glared at her.

Then a laser popped up in front of Leo and shot out, Leo flipping around and avoiding to get hit. He got out a Katana sword and slashed down, severing it in half. We all looked up as the rest of the checkered black and white tunnel started rotating in the circle it was shaped in as lasers moved around.

“Sewer apples…” I muttered, getting my Katana swords out.

Donnie looked at me then we all started avoiding shots and slashing the lasers to smithereens. One time, a bullet flew right by me and slashed my leg a little bit, making me cry out in pain, but getting up and going back into the battle.

But after we defeated them all, I had to fall back and pull my cloth from my arm and wrap it around the wound. It hurt, but at least it would hold for now.

“Stockman!” Dogpound roared out, looking up. “We know you’re in here!”

That’s when a wall nearest to us exploded. It was right in front of me.
