Tsukki represents the moon and you have selenophobia (fear of the moon)!

My apologies if I misinterpret the request; I've never watched Hetalia before (•)

After being in a relationship with Tsukishima and knowing him for so long, something strange happened. You felt scared of him. It was a strange and unexplainable feeling, but it had developed inside of you for some unknown reason.

As much as you hated to admit it or talk about it, you had selenophobia. Every time you saw the moon, you felt fear settle in the pit of your stomach, spreading to your limbs and making them tremble. There was something about the moon and its ominous and dominating presence up in the dark night sky that really made you uneasy.

Hinata was like the sun with his bright, happy, and joyful personality, and Yamaguchi was like a star in the night sky that twinkled hopefully, but was eclipsed by the moon—Tsukishima Kei.

As much as you loved him, you couldn't get over the fact that he reminded you of the moon. He was quiet and brooding, yet strong and ominous. His golden hair and amber eyes reminded you of the sometimes yellowish tint of the celestial body that glared down at you in the darkness. You'd never really thought of Tsukishima like this before, but as your fear of the moon developed, so did the parallels you drew between him and the source of your fear.

He represented the moon in human form in your mind.

You, Tsukki, and Yamaguchi had been sitting in the same spot during lunch for a long time. Normally, you would sit with the two boys so that you could spend time with your best friend and your boyfriend. Now, however, you had a hard time sticking around after Tsukki showed up with his food.

"Hey, what's up with you, (f/n)? You're acting strange..." Tsukki commented once he'd noticed you squirming and trying to stay calm.

"I... uh... I just have a test after this and I'm nervous..." you lied, wringing your hands with worry. You hated lying to him, but you had no idea how he would react if you told him about your irrational fear.

"Calm down. I'm sure you'll do fine," your boyfriend spoke in his usual gruff way that was meant to be comforting. He wrapped his arm around you and leaned down to press a kiss against your cheek, but you shied away from his lips slightly.

When he moved away from you, there was a pause as your frightened (e/c) eyes made contact with his own stoic amber ones. His eyebrows furrowed slightly in confusion as you stood up quickly, gathering your things.

"I-I'm going to the library to study!" you blurted before running away from him and Yamaguchi.

"What the hell...?" Tsukki muttered under his breath, his expression becoming one of frustration.

Yamaguchi's eyes widened at your sudden exit, and he found himself looking over at his friend with curiosity. "I've never seen (f/n) look so scared before in her life."

As bad as you felt about running away from your boyfriend, you thought that it would be best to avoid him for the rest of the day until you recovered. After your club meeting following school, you left the room to find that the sun had already set. Unfortunately for you, winter shortened the duration of the sun's presence, and you had to deal with the moon watching you from where it hung suspended in orbit.

You brought a hoodie with you in your bag, so you pulled it out and slid it on over the top of your uniform shirt. You pulled the hood over your head, blocking the view of the moon, and hurried on your way home. Even though you couldn't see the moon, just knowing that it was there made you nervous. Your hands became cold and clammy as you quickened your pace, trying to get home as fast as possible.

"(F/n)!"

You stopped just a few feet away from your house when you heard someone call your name. When you turned around, you were faced with a sight that absolutely terrified you.

Your boyfriend was standing a few feet away, and above him, the moon glowed ominously, creating a shadow across Tsukki's face. You struggled to keep your composure as he approached you, and your wide eyes flickered back and forth between his face and the moon.

"Why did you run away from me earlier? Something's been going on with you and I want to know what it is," he said sternly, watching you with his unwavering amber gaze.

The pressure and fear that you felt rising inside of you quickly became too much for you, and tears started to swim in your eyes before they spilled down you cheeks. Once again, you tried to run away, but Tsukki grabbed your arm before you could.

"Let go of me!" you cried. You couldn't escape his grip, though, and he pulled you into his arms.

"(F/n), just tell me what's wrong." His voice was much softer than usual, and you felt his fingers gently wipe the tears away from your face as he held you closely to him. He was genuinely worried about you since he'd never seen you so terrified before.

"I'm scared..." you whimpered as you clung onto him and his white shirt, which was slightly sweaty from his practicing.

"Of what?" He ran his hands through your (h/l) (h/c) hair gently in an attempt to soothe you.

"I... I'm scared of the moon and... I know it sounds stupid, but you remind me of the moon... so I'm scared of you too..." you admitted in between sniffles. You felt embarrassed just telling him that, and you waited anxiously for his response.

He sighed softly. "I guess I can understand why the moon bothers you. But, if you think about it, without the moon, the night would be completely dark. Haven't you ever thought of the moon as a light that drives the darkness away? Because if you think about it like that, it doesn't seem so bad."

You listened carefully to what he was saying, and it started to make sense. Without the moon, darkness would surround you. Moonlight illuminated the way for you whenever you walked home at night. If there was one thing that scared you more than the moon, it was total darkness. Maybe the moon wasn't so bad. It seemed to watch over you and protect you.

You pulled away from Tsukki slightly and looked up at him. He had a much softer and warmer look in his eyes than usual, and his grip around you felt protective and comforting. You glanced up at the moon and saw it more as a guardian than as an enemy. The fear inside of you became more and more subdued until it didn't exist anymore.

"Thank you, Kei," you said with a bright smile. A blush crept onto his cheeks as he averted his eyes, becoming flustered by how cute you looked.

You planted a kiss on his cheek, and he captured your lips with his before you pulled away. You wrapped your arms around him again and gave him another hug. He hugged you back tightly, feeling relieved that you weren't going to avoid him anymore and knowing that he'd helped you overcome your fear.
