Again {Bokuto Koutarou} (Request)

You, (friend's name), Bokuto, and Kuroo are skaters who all attend the same school! (It's a long explanation but the story will include all the elements of the request!)

"Tetsu, Kou!" You called your friends' nicknames as you rushed towards them, dodging other classmates. You grabbed onto the backs of their jackets to grab their attention once you'd reached them.

"Oh, hey, (f/n)!" Bokuto greeted you with a smile. Kuroo ruffled your hair, making you growl and smack his hand. "What do you need?" Bokuto asked, his thick eyebrows raising in curiosity.

"Do you wanna come skating with me after school? I just bought a new board!" you asked hopefully.

Bokuto's face fell slightly, and you looked over at Kuroo to see that he wore the same expression. "Sorry, (f/n), we have a basketball game after school today," Kuroo said and patted your shoulder, "We're sorry we can't make it, but you could always come and watch us instead."

You tried to hide the disappointment you felt behind a small smile. "It's okay, you don't need to apologize. Good luck with your game!"

Before they could say anything else, you walked away, bumping into your friend when you turned the corner to go down a different hallway. You asked her the same question, and she declined your offer as well, saying that she had a lot of studying to do.

So you spent another afternoon cooped up in your house staring at your brand new skateboard. You wanted so badly to break it in, but you hated going to the skate park alone since it was always full of guys who were total jerks to you unless you brought someone with you.

Back when you were younger, you, Kuroo, Bokuto, and (friend's name) used to go to the skate park all the time. You'd spend so much of your time and have the best time practicing tricks. Sure, Bokuto was very clumsy and you were usually having to help him up when he'd fallen flat on his face, but you'd all gotten better at skating. After you'd finished at the skate park, the four of you would go out for ice cream or some other cold and refreshing treats.

Those had really been the times.

But now that school was putting more pressure than ever on all of you, it'd been getting more and more difficult to go skating with your friends, and you were at the point of giving up entirely. Your friend always had too much homework, and Bokuto and Kuroo were busy with basketball. Now, the only time you got to spend with them was during lunch or during study sessions you all had together.

That certainly wasn't helping the fact that you had a huge crush on Bokuto. You really wanted his attention, but he was too focused on basketball to even give you the time of day, it seemed, and you were hoping to wow him with your skating skills. But you couldn't show him your cool tricks if he never came to the skate park with you.

You weren't going to give up just yet, though.

A few days later, on Saturday, you texted your friends to see if they would come to the skate park with you. After Kuroo declined due to the fact that his family had dragged him out on a day trip, and you found out that (friend's name) was too busy babysitting, you finally got a response from Bokuto.

"I'd love to come! I'll meet you there in five! ;)"

You'd quickly grabbed your skateboard and a helmet before rushing out the door to head down to the skate park. When you arrived, you saw Bokuto standing near the bowl, rolling his skateboard back and forth mindlessly underneath his foot. When he spotted you, a bright smile appeared on his face and he hugged you tightly.
