Dean-

You had gotten into a fight with Dean, which ended up in you leaving and driving as far away as possible. Little did you know that Dean was getting into more hunts, and he was going by himself.

You were sitting in a diner, sipping on a coffee while looking at the local newspaper. There was nothing out of the ordinary at first, but it talked about murders a few towns over. The crime scenes apparently reeked of sulfur.

You were starting to pull out money to pay your bill when your phone rang. Without looking at the caller ID you answered.

"Y/n!"

It was Sam.

"Sam? W-what? Why are you calling-"

"-No time, where are you?"

"Forks, Washington. Why?"

"It's Dean! He left for a hunt in Clearwater, wouldn't let me come along, didn't tell me where it was until it was too late. I just got a call from his other-other-phone and it was a demon. I'm too far away to get there in time, I needed to check with the other hunters-"

"I'm on my way."

You put ten dollars on the table and snatched the newspaper. You ran to your car and sped off.

You entered a normal-looking house with blue shingles, black roof, and a white door. While it seemed like every other white picket fence, you knew the demon was here. And, where the demon was, Dean would be.

You pulled out your shotgun with salt rounds and slipped a knife into your boots before quietly stepping in to the house. You silently went through every demon exorcism you knew in your head before heading down to the basement.

"-just wait until Crowley hears I got one of his favorite pets locked up. Can you just imagine his reactions."

"Uh huh," came a muffled reply. You immediately knew it was Dean. You continued your way down the stairs until you reached the bottom. You crouched down and crawled to the opposite side of the room, seeing Ruby's knife on a table.

You glanced over and locked gazes with Dean. You could tell he was trying to keep him surprise in. You lifted a finger to your lips and continued on your path.

"You know," said the demon. "Crowley would be happy that I caught two hunters, instead of just one." Your eyes widened and you ran forwards. You grabbed the knife and jabbed it behind you, feeling it sink into another body. You turned around as the demon's face lit up and he collapsed to the ground.

You wasted no time rushing over to Dean, untying his bonds, and removing the gag in his mouth.

"I'm so sorry," he muttered, wincing as he stood up. "And, thank you."

"No problem, all is forgiven," you responded, letting him lean onto you as you walked up the stairs.

Sam-

"Your left!" Sam shouted before being tackled by a vampire. You spun on your heel and swung your machete as hard as you could and cut clean through the neck of your attacker.

Of all places the nest would be, the vampires chose an unstable five story building. You were on the second floor, and had been working your way up. The vamps must have heard all the commotion because the were swarming all around you. You guessed the plan was working, Dean was setting up some stolen explosives.

You cut the heads off a few more, noticing that the floor was beginning to crack under your feet.

"Damn it," you muttered, stumbling backwards to safer ground.
