Dean-

When you two are down, you take Baby out and go for a drive. Just a drive. Then you'll talk. It usually starts out silent with one word conversation but it gradually grows into something more. It's a distraction.

You then find a nice place to pull over. You'll lay on the hood of the impala, rain or shine, and hold each other. It's comforting to know that someone has your back. During that moment, you and Dean will let your guards go down. You'll cry for a bit. Then one of you cracks a witty comment or joke that will end up in watery laughter. "Laughter is the best medicine."

Reflecting on the few funny parts of your life, the smiles will become more frequent. Once moods are light enough to head home, you'll drive a little more and stop to get a burger somewhere.

The next day, you two will go to the shooting range or gym and work out any leftover anger or sadness. This method tends to help Dean more than you, but it is a great outlet.

Sam-

Typically, after a rough hunt, you and Sam will relax.

You'll take a shower together and change into something comfortable. Since you don't want to talk about the scary or heartbreaking things about the hunt, you'll go find something funny to watch on TV, like: Fawlty Towers, Whose Line is it Anyways, Bob's Burgers, or a movie such as The Road to El Dorado. At some point during the show, you or Sam will get up and bring back tea and snacks.

Castiel-

To cheer you up, Castiel will take you out on a "date" to distract you, and himself for that matter. Sometimes you'll go out shopping, other times you'll go and get a hot bowl of soup. You'll share a walk, observing what's around you, and pointing out the beautiful things. You made a pact that during this time, phones are not allowed unless its an emergency.

The angel will tell you stories of how the universe was made or the anatomy of bees. You find it ridiculously cute. Sometimes it's nice having someone to talk to.

Gabriel-

Knowing Gabriel, he has a stack of candy and a pile of erotic movies at his side at all times. All you have to say the word, and... But there are days when you're too down to do much. Gabriel is very respectful of your feelings. On those days, he'll make you feel like you're at a spa.

He'll give you massages with complimentary candy. He'll prepare a bath with candles and special salts to soothe your muscles. He'll make you tea and read you books as long as you want.

Eventually, as part of your "therapy" process, you'll tell him what's on your mind. Gabriel always seems to know the right thing to say to ease your worries.

When you go to bed, Gabriel will hold you close and whisper beautiful things in your ear and ward away any nightmares you have.

Charlie-

To cheer each other up, you let your inner child out. It's like a sleepover, basically.

You'll make forts, order pizza, and cry away any misery. You'll watch movies until the early hours, talk about nothing in general, and hold each other close for comfort. You ignore all responsibility to repair your mental strength for your next obstacle in life.

Charlie will make sure you have a smile on your face by the next day. Then, before she leaves, she'll leave handwritten cards full of sweet nothings and dirty comments for you to find.

Crowley-

Crowley allows you to scream and rant all you want. You let all your worries tumble out. He listens surprisingly well.

He let's you take an afternoon off whenever you're feeling stressed and he'll join you too. Crowley doesn't feel sorry for you, or pity you. Instead, he'll empathize with you. It helps guide you out of your problem and gets you to think of other solutions.

Lucifer-

You don't want pity or special treatment when you're upset. So, to cheer you up, Lucifer always brings you a canvas or a sheet of paper.

You let all your emotions out that way- writing the most descriptive story or painting a detailed picture. Lucifer doesn't leave you while you do this. He likes seeing you make something so emotional and beautiful. His presence also helps you feel better, once your hands are cramping and smudged with art supplies. You know that you're not alone.

"I am going to spread a message of love and kindness that is infectious. And I am not going to give up. I love this country too much..." -Misha Collins

I believe in each and everyone one of you. My profile is a safe space if you need to talk. I love all of you- men/women, LGBTQ, and people of every race and religion.

For those who support Trump, I did not mean any offense by publishing this chapter. I hope you understand the feelings of every person and our fight to be noticed and acknowledged. I respect you as much as I respect everyone else.
