Imagine Kai being nervous while trying to ask you out.
You had liked Kai for a really long time. Like a REALLY long time, but you were always nervous that he didn't like you in the same way. Imagining what it would be like dating Kai seemed to be on your mind a lot more frequently then you would like. Look, you're thinking about it aga-
"Y/N? You in here?"
Well speak of the devil,
"Yeah I'm over here!"
Kai looked over at you and smiled faintly. He looked like he was about to tell me my dog died, nervous and a tad scared. He sat down in the chair in front of you.
"Y/N, I have to ask you something."
You nodded for him to continue,
"I don't want this to change anything but, well, I think, um, what I'm trying to say is, uh,"
You smile. Your smile seemed to give him all the courage in the world because he stood up and kissed you passionately. You were shocked at first but you wanted this so badly that you joined him. He pulled back and smiled,
"I wanted to know if you'd like to go out with me."
You jumped up and kissed him again,
"Is that a yes?"
You rolled your eyes and laughed,
"Yes."
He kissed you again. You couldn't imagine a better way this could've happened.
