Sirius

Sirius was sitting in the Gryffindor common room, quietly thinking to himself. His thoughts mostly consisted of Valerie, Valerie, and more Valerie. She wouldn't leave his mind, with her luscious chocolate hair and her olive skin. Her pink, thin lips– Sirius stop thinking like that. He scolded himself.
He liked her, a lot; that he knew. He also knew he couldn't act upon his feelings, as it would seem to sudden.

Whilst deep in thought, Millicent Rhodes attempted to get Sirius' attention.

Millicent Rhodes, a skimpy curly haired nightmare.

"Sirius, would you mind walking me to potions, seeing as we have that class together."
"Um- oh, sorry I think I'm gonna catch up with James and Remus."
Millicent looked taken aback, then proceeded to strutted out of the common room.

Just as Millicent walked out, Valerie walked in.

Valerie
As she made her way to the common room she brushed past Millicent. Rolling her eyes simply at the sight of her, Valerie took a seat next to to Sirius.

"Merlin, I'm exhausted." She mumbled, flipping her hair.
"I can see." He said smirking.

"You've changed

"You've changed." She said looking deeper into his eyes.
"Have I?"
"Well your- your different."
"Well, I guess you could say that."

There was a moment a silence until Valerie propped herself up and declared that they should head to class.

"Well we're going to be late if we don't get a move on. And by we, I mean you."

Sirius put his hand on his heart as if to show offense.

"Come on pretty boy." She tugged his arm.
Pretty boy?  He thought to himself blushing.
"Come on! She repeated with a laugh.
Without responding Sirius obeyed and caught up with her.

As they entered potions class, they took a seat next to each other.

"Well, get to it ladies and gentlemen!" Slug horn said signaling to the cauldrons and ingredients on the tables.

Valerie sighed, and began her potion.

Little did she know, she was being watched; watched with absolute interest, fondness, and love. It was Sirius Black. The boy that loved her, and everyone knew it. But no one really knew how Valerie felt.

She would never tell, that she was utterly and madly in love in with Sirius Black.
