Chapter 6

I was playing with fur ball when I heard a knock. I stand up open it.

"Hi karmina!"

I look at Penny from head to toe, she looks like a crazy costplayer, she wear a checkered mini skirt, long socks above the knees, uniforms that kinda similar that I saw in animae's.she in pigtails and has large black contact lens.

"Nice home, bakit parang wala akong nakikitang mga litrato mo sa ding ding?"

I grab her arm and pull out her in my unit.

"I didn't know you have a pet cat? Ang Sobrang ganda niya lalo na yung balahibo niya, what is her name?"

"Fur ball"

Can't she just be quite? I'm driving and she keep asking me nonsense questions.

"I heard that persian cats live hundred years ago, they witnessed all that happens in earth, they have 6 senses which they have the ability to see and communicate with dead people, Cool right!?"

"Yeah" I lazily said.

I stop the car when I see a platform saids "Art Angels of merciful"

"Eto na nga yun! Pasok ka sa gate, may parkehan jan sa tapat"

I followed her instructions, when we parked we went inside the orphanage

A nun was heading toward us she smile ang reach her hand to us.

"Ako si sister amy, welcome kayo dito sa aming munting bahay, ano ang maipaglilingkod ko sa inyo mga magaganda dalaga?"

"Salamat po sister amy, ako po si Penny atsaka siya naman po si Karmina, andito po ba si sister fey?"

Biglang gumuhit ang pangamba sa muka ng madre ngunit napalitan niya agad yun.lumungkot ang kaniyang ekspresyon.

"Wala na si sister fey, sumalangit na siya kasama ang ating ama sa kaitaasan"

"Ay ganun po ba,sayang diko po siya naabutan, napakabait niya po sobra,lagi siyang dumadalaw sa lugar namin para ipadasal ang kaligtasan ng mga pamilya doon nung nasalanta kame ng bagyo"

"Mabuting tao talaga yan si sister fey ngunit hindi sa atin ang buhay na ito,kaya kung oras talaga natin kailangan ibalik natin ang buhay na hineram lang, ehh ano ba pakay niyo mga iha?"

"magpapatulong po sana kame, may project po kase kame--"

Sinabe niya kay sister amy lahat ng aming pakay sa orphanage, why do I feel sudden danger?when i see her smile i just got goosebumps.Its seems like her smile is not very natural, like its not very sincere

I heard children's laugh and I look at the half close door,and saw children's, some are making arts and some others are having fun with their friends.they all look happy.

This are the childrend that was abandoned by they're own parents.the unwanted childs, those parents need too burn down in hell. Children shouldn't be suffering this kind of treatment, they deserve a happy loving family. Why do I fucking saying these things!

I felt someone tap my shoulder

"Karmina, pwede na daw tayo pumili ng bata para sa project"

I nod. We went inside the room.sister amy guide us. May nakita rin kameng ibang madre sa mga sulok ng malaking kwarto.

"Mga Bata siya si Ate penny at si Ate karmina niyo"

Mukang walang nakikinig kay sister amy.I saw angry form in her face.she grip her stick and tap it loudly in the desk.

"TUMAHIMIK KAYO!!"

Biglang tumahimik ang kwarto,Maraming batang nakayuko at parang takot na takot sila makita ni sister.I saw penny was shocked too.

Sister amy look at us and give us a gentle smile.

I smell something.and it's not very good.

"Ehem...Mga bata, sila ang mga ate niyo, si ate penny at si ate karmina, magpakabait kayo sa kanila dahil isa sa inyo bibigyan kayo ng tsansa para magkaroon ng pamilya gusto niyo ba yon?"

Many kids excitedly raise they're hands and agreed to sister amy

"Osige na! Gawin niyo na yung ginagawa niyo"

"Salamat sister amy"

"Osiya, at may mga bisita pa akong aasikasuhin kayo na bahala pag may mga katanungan pa kayo anjan sila sister ina at sister sarah para ipalingkod kaya , sige na"

I follow the path where'd she going.that nun is hiding something I can sense it.

"Huy karmina! Tara na"

I need to know what she's up to.

Penny and I decided to go to the playground,and when we came there, it fill the whole ground. they're too many to choose.

"Let's split up,finds someone that you think it's worth it"

"Penny they all deserves a family" where the fuck that come from.

"Ahah! You like kids pala ah, osige na, basta pumili ka nalang jan ng gusto mo at paguusapan natin yan mamaya pag may napili ako "

I nod then she turn around. Where would I start find the little one. I got tired of walking I saw a lonely tree a little far from here.I decided to sit down from there for a minute.

Damn it!I forgot my phone on the car, I need my music to get relax.

I sat on the large branch and lay my back on the tree.I close my eye's and feel the evening breeze..

"Ibreting teks taym ,ebry song needs a raym,
A no !yu wanen now! Yoo bee der sum hawww!~"

Napaigti yung tenga ko ng may narinig akong matinis na boses, halatang garalgal pa ang pananalita niya.

"Lelit all unpold, tomowow kant be towld!~"

Lumapit ako sa pinanggalingan ng boses, it's coming behind the tree.

"Tekit slooooooo! Andd yooo be der som hawww,
Wooooooah ohh, wooooooo oh ohhhh uuuhhh wooo oh ohhh yeeeeeeaa~"

I saw a little girl, holding a broom while dancing, she sway her skirt like she's on a concert.and wave her hand imagining she has her own fan.

I was pretty amazed to her, she has good voice,and has a great character, I clap my hands and just smile, she jump in suprise. She was about to run when I hold her arm.

"Wait! I'm not gonna hurt you"

She pause, she sucking her thumb, she look scared, her other hand holding a blanket ,,I saw a name in the blanket maybe that's her name.

"Hello annika I'm your ate karmina"yeah I sound like a crach head but I wanted to sound sweet with this cute girl.

She just lowered her head.I reach out her chin and make her look at me.

I almost cry when I see her teary eye.

"I'm sorry,natakot ba kita?"

She shake her head.

Sinuklay ko ang mga buhol buhol na buhok ni annika.I fix her hairband

"Yan! Now you look like a princess"

Her eye's shine and went lively, inalis niya ang thumb niya sa kaniyang bunganga.

She keep staring at me.

"Can you sing for ate karmina? Yung kinanta mo kanina,I love your voice"

She lower her haid.maybe she's not ready.

"It's ok,I'll just wait, do you want to eat something? "

She shake her head.she sucking her thumb again.

"Do you want something?anything"

"M-mama"
