I feel a furry hair touching my face.then it went walking on my back.

"Meow~"

Her little paw making me tickle.

"Fur ball,I'm trying to sleep"I sleepy said.

I heard my phone ring.

Oh fuck.I just want to sleep.

I look at my clock and see its 1am in the morning.

I get my phone and saw in the screen It was the NBI

"Yes?"

(Goodmorning mam, pasensya na sa pag abala sa tulog niyo ngunit Nakuha na po namin ang lahat ng mga claire montera sa gensan at may isa ang nag match sa ating information.)

"Good,I want us to go there now, book us a flight to gensan, we'll meet at the NAIA in just an hour. "

(Sige po ma'am)

I cancel the call and search penny's number and I dial her.

(Oh my gosh k-karmina, it's 1am in the morning, why are--)

"Get up and fix yourself, we are going to gensan"

"Hoooooo ... I'm still sleepy, what's for the occasion ba? "

"We located Claire Montero in gensan, she still alive.but we need to stop her before she get to japan and never return."I calmly said.

"What!?"

I facepalm. She caught the attention of everyone inside the airplane.

The flight attendant went to us.

"Does everything is alright mam?"

I close my eye's and cross my arms.

" yes I'm fine"penny said.

2 hours has past then we landed on gensan.
NBI's are with us .then when were out of the airport ,we enter a van.

"This is her background,we make sure that her DNA was match the child's DNA , it turns out 99% positive"

Mr.lee reach out a red folder to me.I get and open the folder.

She's Claire Montero, 48 years old.she's single now.

When I saw her picture,her face was very familiar.she look beautiful for an 48 years old.

I read the other details in the folder.

She has a past husband, Miguel Montero,they had one child.

My eyes grew when I saw the given namen of that child.

"P-Phlint arghone Montero"I unbelievably said.

"Yes, he's 24 now, but I'm aware that he doesn't know that her mother was still alive"mr.lee said.

It can't be!how could a dead human became alive.

" look at the page 15, Miguel montero make a death certificate for her wife after the Claire Montero was under depression. Miguel Montero was under influence of drugs and almost killed her wife"

"Mr.lee, phlint is someone I know."

"Then, make him ready for this."

I don't know if I'm ready to tell him.I don't know where to start.

I nod and I continue reading the other details

Miguel had a mistress, they didn't had a child, I wonder why.

Claire was raped by Micheal Montero,Miguel montero's brother. Micheal montero was very obsessed with Claire, she forcely rape her , When Claire finds out that she's pregnant by micheal montero child's , she hid it and sent the baby to an orphanage.

"So it means annika and Phlint are siblings yet cousin's? "

I saw her pulling her luggage upstairs.

"Claire Montero"I call her attention.

She look at me unknowingly and went downstairs.

"Sino ka? Bakit ka nasa loob ng pamamahay ko?"

I hold her hand, she confusingly looked at me.

"You maybe not know me but I know what you've been through, I just want you to know that don't go.don't leave annika and Phlint behind you, they love you so much and missed you everyday"

Her face was soft.her eyes we're seems hurting.

"I-I don't know what you're talking about!"

She pull her hands to me and turn her back she went to the door step.

"Annika Is suffering from leukemia, she needs a mother more than anything else in the world, she needs you Claire, they need you, I know that you miss them too,huwag mong ipagkait kay annika ang pagkaroon ng magulang.she love you and missed you always."

She hold the door, nakikita kong nanginginig ang paa niya at napaupo siya sa sahig

I help her get up.

"I-I'm so in a mess right now.ayokong makita nila akong ganito.ito nalang ang paraan ko para matuluyan na nila akong makalimutan"

"But they don't, Claire I know it's very hard, but it's not too late"

She look at me and tear feel through her eyes.

"I missed them... s-so much.. I-I don't know how will I face them, I'm a mess, they'll just hate me"

I hold her hand and wipe her tears.I can't help it.I think this is the only thing that I can do for her.

"That's impossible claire, they love you, annika is a great kid. When I ask her what she wants ,she only say you, kahit alam nating pareho na hindi ka pa naman niya nakikilala, she say she love you and miss you everyday"

She cup her mouth and cry I tap her back.mr lee give her a glass of water.

I help her sat at the couch.

"E-Excuse I didn't mean to be rude but, who are you guys?"she managed to say.

"I'm karmina, I file an investigation to find you,when I met annika in the orphanage, I wanted to make all her wishes come true, she's a wonderful child claire."

She hug me and I can't help to feel the same.

"T-thank you! Thank you so much karmina"

"Don't worry about Miguel montero, he's now under the law. He will be in prison in no time,his company will turn to your son Phlint Arghone Montero since his the only child that he had."mr.lee said.

"For now, we need to go to the orphanage, annika is waiting for you there"I said to her.

She smile at me and hug me once again.

"I don't know what to say, thank you karmina, thank you"

Then i felt my heart is aching again.I can't breath.but I manage to smile at her.

Why do I always feel this when everytime I'm feeling happy.

Like something doesn't want me to be happy.
