STEAL MY STORY AND I WILL HUNT YOU DOWN.

Hey guys! Glad to see everyone's back here safe :)

Teresa here on the side/above, and she's portrayed by Emily Rudd. I am so in love with this photo! Ah! But Teresa's hair is much curlier than Emily's is and her eyes are green, not blue. Other than that Emily = Teresa :)

Anyways, without further ado -- I present DOUBLE BACK, BOOK ONE of the MISTWATER CHRONICLES TRILOGY!

"Teresa! Your ride's here!" my roommate Shelley calls out to me as I finish taping up the last of my four boxes.

I've been in college long enough to get a bachelors' degree. I'm only nineteen, since I was born in late December so I had graduated high school at seventeen. I couldn't wait to graduate and get out of high school - it wasn't the best thing that had happened to me, but it wasn't the worst thing either. I had always tried to just stick to myself and get good grades. I hated the awkwardness of adolescence, but the one bright spot of high school was photography. You could often find me developing photos during lunch, or staying after school to finish up a project. However, once I started shifting, I didn't have as much time to hang out and do what I love, which sucked.

Being a werewolf in college, though, was a different experience. About a quarter of the students knew what you were, which was much smaller than in high school. Sure, we could all relate about the awkwardness of walking around in a human body when all you wanted to do was run around as a wolf for hours, but it was hard to really talk when there was a large chance a human could hear you. I felt awkward around the humans, and awkward around my fellow werewolves. I had more friends in college, but the majority of them were human, so it wasn't like I could keep the friendships I had made over the years. At the end of the day, though, it was okay - I had my sister.

At the moment, I'm just your average werewolf. I belong to Mistwater pack, but I don't hold any positions of power, such as being the Alpha or Beta's daughter. My mother is, however, the old Luna's best friend. I sometimes would come home expecting to take a nap, and my mom would be shrieking with laughter with her best friend, making it utterly impossible.

However, my parents felt it necessary to travel the world and thought that my older sister and I would be "fine without them," leaving us to live in the pack house that's located in Denver. I'm not completely okay with the idea, but I'm not complaining either. I get to live in a giant house and not have to deal with the burden of parents.

Walking out with my suitcases and boxes, I spot my older sister immediately. She's harmlessly flirting with some of the college boys, and I see a lot of them eye her appreciatively. I understand the appeal though, so I don't really let it bother me that my sister is putting out for the humans here.

Delilah's barely twenty two, but she doesn't look a day over seventeen or eighteen. She has waves of black hair that flow down her shoulders, a pale complexion, and blue eyes so light they looked grey. She's easily five six, so we're about the same height, too.
