The nightmares always seem most real

The darkest nights seem forever

The strongest words light as a feather. 

The best saviors, they could never save

The kindest souls can sometimes raze.

The strongest towers always fall

The darkest secrets get seen by all.

And my bracelets never stay in place

My lying mouth never takes a break.

The tears will never leave my eyes

If they know you can't have the secrets inside.

And you'll never know about the world I tread

Because you'll never understand what's inside my head.
