please just take me far, far, far, away.

it's just that I'm so alone,

and scared and desperately lost,

and utterly without hope,

and embarrassingly broken.

and I can't take the wheel without

sending us both off the road and into

another pit of my mind.

please just drive

I know you don't understand

but could someone please

just get me away

from all the demons and tears and scars

and broken dreams with my broken art

and once-upon-a-times that never

became happily-ever-afters.
