Plans for the Future

"No, I'm agreeing with Darcy on this." Rose says.

"Thank you!" I say a bit louder than I meant too.

"I'm not insane." Dani crosses her arms like a stubborn kid and I laugh.

"You're not crazy, D. Going to Moscow in the middle of winter is insane." Jadie laughs.

It's December tenth, tomorrow is Nikki's birthday, the next day is Avery's first birthday, then it's my birthday. This week was kinda busy to start with but now it's three days with important birthdays on them, at least from my point of view. My best friend's birthday, my baby girl's birthday, then my birthday.

Dani leaves tonight with CC and Anthony heading to Moscow to pick up Anastasia. She's really excited to meet her daughter but she's upset about missing not just one birthday but Dani is missing three birthdays. It's kinda messing with her.

"I hate missing your birthday, Nikki's birthday, and especially my goddaughter's birthday." Dani admits.

"You're going to get your daughter though." I remind her and she grins.

"I can't wait to meet her." Dani admits and we smile. "But it's another birthday that I can't make a big deal out of." She laughs and elbows me. "First I was in Alabama, then you were in the hospital, now I'm going to be in the Soviet Union. I'm going to make a big deal out of at least one of your birthdays, it's my personal mission."

"Next year." Rose laughs.

"I'm getting ready, it's going to be a huge deal." Dani says. "Like male strippers just to piss off your husband!"

"Tommy will kill." I remind her and she laughs.

"I think that's the point, Darc." Jadie tells me with a laugh.

We're trying to finish our album so we can at least go back on the road in '92.

I miss touring but I'd only consider touring again if I could be sure that Tommy will be home with Avery, I don't want to leave her with a nanny. Tommy is a good father and I'm sure that he'll be perfectly fine taking care of Avery while I'm touring again. I also want to make sure that we're not going for ten months straight. I can't stand to even think about being away from her for even a night let alone three hundred days out of the year.

Anyways are album is almost finished and should be ready for the beginning of 1992. I mean it would be finished for March of 1991 but with Dani adopting another baby and since we all decided that it's either all of us going on tour or none of us we're waiting it out until all of us can go on tour. Kristallnacht is Dani, Rose, Jade, and myself, there's no other way to put it. Kristallnacht is us.

"You guys are having that party tomorrow for Avery, right?" Rose asks and I nod.

"I think it's mainly going to be watching her smash cake but yeah." I explain with a laugh.

"Has she said much more than 'no' yet?" Jade wonders and I nod.

"She's connected mama and dada with Tommy and I. Now she will look at Tommy and cross her arms and just say 'no, dada'." I answer and they laugh.

"Do you and Tommy ever talk about having more kids?" Ro asks and Jade shifts a bit.

"Talked about it, not sure when it's going to happen." I explain and again Jadie moves around uncomfortably.

"Are you okay, Jade?" Dani asks her. "You have more ticks than a lime disease research facility."

"Well, uh, I'm pregnant...again." She admits. "Eight weeks and there's two heartbeats."
