"Do you think she'll forgive me?" Bellamy asks, bouncing from foot to foot. I try not to laugh, but a small giggle manages to escape my lips.
"What's funny?" he asks, raising an eyebrow at me.
"You're cute when you're nervous," I tell him. "And yes, Octavia will forgive you. I'm sure she knows you had the best intentions, barging into her boyfriends house and telling her she wasn't allowed to see him again."
He rolls his eyes and I laugh again. "Now stop stalling and go."
Hesitatingly, Bellamy lifts his fist and knocks on Lincoln's door. After a few seconds, it swings open. Octavia steps out.
She smiles at me. "Hey, Clarke," she says, and I smile back. She turns to Bellamy, her expression sceptical. "What do you want? Have more orders for me?"
Bellamy blushes and looks at his shoes guiltily. "I came to apologize. I'm sorry I was such a controlling asshole."
She raises one eyebrow. "What do you think, Clarke? Should I forgive him?"
I laugh and Bellamy frowns. "I don't know. Maybe you should make him do something to prove he's really sorry. Like jump in the lake fully clothed, perhaps?"
Octavia looks back at Bellamy, a mischievous grin on her face.
"Oh, come on. You're not really gonna make me do that, are you?" Bellamy asks, eyeing us both in disbelief.
Octavia winks at him before stepping back into the house. "Lincoln!" she calls. "Come on, we're going for a walk down to the lake."

"I can't believe you guys are making me do this," Bellamy whines, looking down at the water. He's standing on the dock, fully clothed.
"Well believe it. Because until you jump in, you remain unforgiven," Octavia tells him, smiling smugly.
Bellamy huffs, dipping a toe in the cool water. "But it's so cold. Can I at least—"
Before he can finish his sentence, I push him in. He lands in the water with a splash, sending a wave of water towards me, Octavia and Lincoln.
Bellamy emerges from the water. He's not wearing the same amused grins as Octavia and me.
"What the hell, Clarke?"
The smile fades from my face as he glares at me. I didn't know he'd get mad.
I reach out my hand to help him back onto the dock. "Sorry. I didn't think you'd—"
Bellamy's frown turns into a mischievous grin as he yanks my arm, pulling me into the freezing water.
"I can't believe you fell for that," he laughs teasingly when I resurface. It's shallow enough to stand on the tip of my toes. Of course, Bellamy doesn't have to, and he's still almost a head taller than me.
I splash him in the face. "I hate you," I say, but I can't help but laugh.
"Out of my way!" We both turn our heads to see Octavia running down the dock towards us. She jumps in, landing right beside me with a splash.
"Your turn, Lincoln," she says, smiling at her boyfriend tauntingly.
"I'm good out here, thanks."
Octavia rolls her eyes. "You're just as chicken as my brother."
Lincoln narrows his eyes playfully. "Take that back."
"Make me."
Lincoln stands there hesitantly for a moment, before letting out an exasperated huff and pulling off his shirt. He tosses it aside and dives into the water.
"You're in trouble now," I tell Octavia while we wait for Lincoln to resurface.
For a moment, the dark water is completely still.
Octavia squeals as Lincoln springs up out of the water and grabs her, tickling her.
"Okay, okay! I take it back! You're not a chicken!" she shouts and he stops tickling her, a satisfied grin on his face.
"Well now that that's cleared up, I think I should head in. I need to start cooking dinner."
"I'll come with you," Octavia says and follows him out of the water. We say our goodbyes, and then it's just me and Bellamy.
"So what do you think of Lincoln?" I ask him.
"I guess he's okay," Bellamy replies. Considering how overprotective Bellamy is of his sister, that's actually a compliment. "What do you think of him?"
I shrug my shoulders. "Not really my type."
Bellamy raises his eyebrows, swimming towards me. "You have a type?"
"Oh yeah."
"And what would that be?"
"I really like blondes."
Bellamy splashes water into my face, pretending to be offended.
"Hey, you asked," I say, splashing him back.
"That's actually funny. I don't really care for blondes," he says.
"You don't?" I ask, narrowing my eyes at him.
"No, not normally."
I shrug. "Well then I guess I'm wasting your time." I turn and start to make my way back to shore, smiling while he protests.
He swims after me. With all the times he's practiced swimming in the secret river he found near camp, he's faster than me. He catches up to me and grabs my wrist. I try to hold in my smile as I turn around. He takes hold of my other hand, so we're facing each other.
"I thought you didn't care for blondes," I say, trying to appear nonchalant.
"I said not normally," he points out. "And in case you didn't notice, Clarke, you're not exactly normal."
I raise my eyebrows. "How would you describe me then?"
Bellamy grins. "How do I even begin? This could take hours."
I shrug. "I've got time."
He leans down and places a kiss on the top of my head. "Beautiful." He brings his lips to my nose. "Brilliant."
"Well you're certainly off to a good start," I whisper.
He lets out a small laugh. "I love you."
I bring my lips up to his and kiss him fervently before pulling back. "I love you too."

The end!!
So this is the end of my book.
I've loved writing this story and I love all my readers. Without you guys, I wouldn't have so much motivation to write.
I'm going to tell you guys more about my next book soon, and I'll also answer any questions you guys have for me. Just comment them here, and I'll either reply to your comment directly or answer in an author's note that I'll publish soon. Also, if you have any suggestions for my next book, I'd love to hear them. It doesn't even have to do with The 100. I still don't know if my next book will be a fanfic or an original story. All I can promise you right now is that there will be a sappy love story, just like in this book😉
If you've made it to the last chapter and you're reading this right now, thank you so much for supporting me throughout this entire journey. That might sound cheesy, but I mean it. I love you guys.
