~ Your POV ~

I tapped my pencil impatiently on the wooden desk, constantly glancing at the black clock that hung on the wall. The teacher rambled on about politicians and historians or whatever. I couldn't help but roll my eyes, 3 months ago, this stuff would have been important to me, but no, I threw my life away when I decided to join a gang. I chuckled silently to myself,

'Wow' I thought.

I glanced at Kosuke who was in the desk beside me, he caught my eye and smiled, I smiled back. He was the only other member of HOMRA that was in the same classes, let alone the same grade as me. He leaned over to me,

"We're leaving after this, right?" he whispered

"Yeah, Izumo said we have a job." I replied, keeping my voice low too.

I turned back to the front of the classroom only to meet the harsh gaze of the teacher.

"I'll never understand how your side conversations are more interesting than my lectures." He said sternly, glaring at me through his glasses. I tried to refrain from saying something smart, I really didn't like when people tried to tell me off.

"Okay." I replied sarcastically.

At that moment, the bell rang; I quickly grabbed my stuff and walked out with Kosuke.

"That teacher creeps me out." I said, shivering.

He laughed, "Me too, he's really weird."

I nodded in agreement,

"Should we get going then? I want to be apart of this fight." I smiled, clenching my fist. Red flames surrounded it, but disappeared right after.

"Yeah, I heard it has something to do with the greens." Kosuke said smirking at me. I felt tingles down my spine, but I ignored it.

"We haven't dealt with them in a while, this might be fun." I smirked back and together we pushed open the doors to our school.

(Time skip)

The wind whipped my (H/C) hair in my face; I felt my insides swim with excitement. I stood with my clan proudly, the greens stood across from us. I know it sounds arrogant, but I think we all knew victory was already guaranteed.

"What are we waiting for?" Yata asked, smirking, his red aura surrounded him.

"Yeah, let's waste 'em!" Shohei yelled, throwing his fist in the air. We all looked at Mikoto, waiting for some kind of signal. I mean he was our king after all.

"Man, you're all eager." He said, taking a drag from his cigarette. He breathed out the smoke. "That's good."

I crossed my arms and chuckled.

"Well then without further ado..." Izumo started, glancing at Mikoto.

"Burn them." Mikoto finished.

With that, we all ran at the greens; Adrenaline coursed through my veins. A guy ran up to me,

"Seriously? You're a red?" he asked me mockingly.

I smiled sweetly as red surrounded me; I swung a flaming fist at him, which he dodged, but then I kicked him where it would hurt the most and slammed his sunken head into my knee.

"Yup." I answered his previous question.

After beating up a few others, there was one left. I joined the circle of people interrogating him.

"Why is he still conscious?" I asked angrily, wiping away some blood that was on my face with my sleeve.

"We need information on the green's, that's why we came here in the first place I think." Kosuke said, looking me over. I caught him staring and glanced down at myself.

"What?" I asked curiously, scanning my clothing.

"Somebody was angry, you're covered in blood."

"Oh, well I don't know, I just missed the last fight, so I was anxious." I said shrugging innocently. I really wasn't a mean or violent person, but if it's somebody who disrespects my clan, or myself I can change pretty damn fast.

He laughed, "Wow, should I be scared of you?" he bumped my shoulder playfully.

"Pssh, no, but they should be." I said pointing to all the unconscious green's laying on the ground.

He smiled and butterflies started swimming in my stomach. I noticed that this was starting to happen around him and I honestly didn't know why.

'What if... I... like him?' I suddenly thought, shocking myself. I looked at him and felt warmth spread across my cheeks.

"What is it? Are you okay, you're red." Kosuke said, placing a hand on my forehead; which made me blush harder.

"U-um, yeah! I'm great!" I said cheerfully, starting to back away.

"I'm just gonna go o-over here." I stuttered, turning to walk away but stumbling over a little rock. I smiled nervously and hurried off. I rounded a corner and slammed my hand into my face.

'Way to go and make yourself look like an idiot.' I thought, sighing.

I tucked my hands behind my back and looked out on to the city, it was still mid-day so it didn't look as pretty as it would at night. What was I going to do? I hadn't really liked anybody like this before, and so suddenly too.

"You sure you're okay?" I jumped at the voice. Kosuke came and stood in front of me.

"Yeah, I'm fine!" I smiled brightly, and then looked down at the ground.

'If I do this, I'll be fine' I thought,

He lifted my chin up with his fingers and leaned in closer to me.

"Positive?" He asked, smirking playfully.

My blush returned, "You're such a jerk." I mumbled.

"Mm hm." He hummed before closing the gap between our lips.

I closed my eyes and leaned into the kiss, it was sweet.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and he placed his around my waist. We broke away before it got too heated.

"What are we now?" I asked quietly still a bit flustered.

"A couple." He replied, before bringing me in for another kiss.

(A/N)

I wasn't going to make this a relationship thingy, but I really like Kosuke, so I guess it just happened. I wish he was in the anime more though, yanno? :(
