Days went by.. I couldn't keep my head straight. I just don't know what Justin is to me. And this mystery is practically eating me alive.

I got out of bed, stretching. I walked towards the kitchen yawning. My house feels real empty I never actually thought I'd live alone at seventeen. With everything that's been going on.. I don't know what to feel honestly. I have no family.. No one. I'm literally alone in all this. Sure Justin's been great with helping me. But sooner or later he's just gonna disappear an I'm gonna be on my own. I can't depend on him all the time. But I just don't want him to disappear and leave me alone. It had nothing to do with the whole helping me thing.. I just love having him around. He makes me feel amazing on the inside. I've known him for years but I just don't exactly know who he is. I wanna know. But I just don't know how to get him to let me in. He seems mysterious and dark. There's something about him that just draws me to him like a magnet. I can't really think about any other guy except for Justin.

I think I may be falling for him. But how is this even possible if I hardly know anything about him? Ugh! I sighed leaning against the counter, sliding down to the floor. I don't even know how I can even think about a boy after everything I've been through.

I can't even sleep a good period of time without my fucking Step Dad appearing in my head. His image haunts me. Sometimes it feels like he's actually there hovering over my bed waiting for his chance to touch me again. I wonder what happened to him. I mean as if I really cared if he's dead. But it's really weird he hasn't reported that I'm gone or anything.

I must've been lost in my thoughts because I hadn't noticed that someone was knocking at the door. I got up fast hitting my head on the counter.

"Shit!" I yelped in pain grabbing my head walking to the door. I opened it to find Justin in a tux. Okay.. Holy crap! He looked amazing.

His hair was in a perfect quiff, he shaved his stubble, he smelled amazing, and he just looked at me confused. I hid myself behind the door remembering I was in pyjamas.

"What are you doing here?" I chuckled nervously. He scratched the back of his head looking down. "I uh.. I thought we had a date.." He stammered looking at me. My eyes grew wide. Date? He never told me about any date! What date? What the hell? My thoughts were getting all jumbled up. I'm so confused.

"I texted you.. Tried calling.. Never got a response. I just assumed you were getting ready. If you don't wanna go.. I understand.." He quickly said putting his hands in his pockets. My eyes went wide.

"I was uh.. In the kitchen! I must've got lost in my thoughts.. Which clearly never happens to me. Weird huh? If you give me about 30 minutes I'll get ready an we can go! Don't think I was gonna blow you off!" I babbled on like an idiot. His eyes sparkled with amusement.

I gave him a nervous smile as I ran to my room. I dug through my closet trying to find something decent to wear. Judging by what Justin was wearing we are going somewhere really fancy. After digging through my clothes I finally found my black favourite dress. I ran to the bathroom and jumped in the shower and speed shaved my legs and washed up fast but thoroughly. I put on my dress that hugged my upper body but flowed down to my knees. I combed my hair putting it in a neat bun after that I put on some cute black pumps I've been saving for a special occasion. I did my makeup light but viable. I walked out my room nervously.

"I'm ready." I said softly, pulling at the bow on my dress. Justin stood off the couch smiling really big. "You look really beautiful." He chirped walking towards me. "It's not to much? I could change. If you want." I nervously started babbling again. He chuckled placing his hand on my cheek. My body relaxed as my eyes fixed on his hazel orbs.

"You're perfect short stack." He whispered showing his crooked smile. My cheeks flamed up.

"Come on! We have a reservation." He grabbed my hand pulling me downstairs to his car. I don't know were we are going. But I know it'll be magical. Everything about Justin is just magical. After twenty minutes of driving we stopped in front of an unfamiliar restaurant. Justin got out the car opening the door for me. He laced his fingers through mine as we walked to the entrance.

"Table for two?" The hostess smiled big. She was beautiful. Red hair, pale skin, and green eyes. And really cheerful. I gave her a warm smile.

"Um reservation under Bieber." Justin smiled back. She looked through her book and jumped up as soon as she found his name. "Yes right this way!" She giggled escorting us. I squeezed Justin's arm.

"This is to much. I'd be much happy with pizza and a movie at my place." I whispered to Justin. He snickered shaking his head. "Get use to this than." He wrapped his arm around my waist. We made it to our table which was a private one in the far corner. I raised my eyebrows at Justin. "Thought you'd want some privacy." He said softly, pulling out my chair. I sat down trying to relax. "Excuse me just a minute. I've gotta take this." Justin said pointing at his phone. I nodded as he walked away. I flipped through the menu which was clearly expensive. He's right I really do gotta get use to this. But it's not be easy. I sipped my water waiting for Justin.

Someone sat down. I looked up and saw a really pretty girl. She had black straight hair, brown eyes, peachy skin, red lips that played a sly smirk on them.

"Um.." I hummed confused.

"I'm Selena Marie Gomez." She smiled.

I froze.
