Moving Day: Aarmau

After telling her mom all that was going on Aphmau felt much better about moving in with Aaron, especially when she offered to help Aphmau move into Aaron's house. Of course though when her mom did show up to help Aphmau was once again sidelined because of the fact that she was pregnant. It frustrated Aphmau to not be able to do anything without having her mom get on her for pushing herself. She wasn't the only one who was sidelined. It was weird, but Garroth sidelines Laurence and Cadenza was giving Garroth a look of frustration.

Aphmau didn't know why the three of them had been acting weird in the past few weeks... weirder than normal. She was glad the boys had stopped flirting with each other, but she's noticed that everytime she got near the two they would split up. She felt that maybe they were mad at her or were keeping secrets, but she wasn't sure. It worried her more than she would admit, and now while she and Laurence packed boxes in her house all alone she had the perfect chance to ask him about it.

"Laurence?" She said, a soft frown on her face. "Did I do something to upset you or Garroth? I-I mean are you guys mad at me for something?"

"What?!" Laurence said, sounding surprised and almost hurt at the question. "Wh-what makes you think we're mad at you?"

"Well... you guys hardly talk to me anymore, especially when you're together So I just... are you guys mad at me?"

"N-no! We're not mad at you! A-a-at least I'm not and I'm pretty sure Garroth isn't mad at you either I-It's just... W-we..." He sighed, "G-G-Garroth and I are..." Laurence was clearly scared, his voice cracked when he talked and he had stopped working so that he could play with his hands fearfully. "W-we're dating..."

Dating? They were hiding because they were dating somebody? Why would they hide! Them having girlfriends was a good thing! So why did they act like it was bad?

"Who?" She asked.

"W-what?"

"Who are you guys dating?" She wondered.

Laurence seemed confused before he giggled. "N-n-no! A-a-aphmau. W-we're dating each other..."

Now it made more sense.

"You guys were afraid we'd hate you." She figured out when she saw how quickly he looked away from her. "Laurence, we're your bes friends, nobody will hate you because you guys are together! Least of all me! You two are so cute together, and I'm glad that you guys found happiness with each other!"

"S-so you don't think we're... gross?"

"Of course not!" She promised, "Especially not me. Infact, I kinda ship it."

Laurence blushed darkly, "Y-y-you sound like Kawaii-Chan." He grumbled shyly.

"What, it's true. Gaurence for life."

"P-please, stop." He said, burying his face in his hands. "N-nobody b-but you and Cadenza know..."

"I promise." Aphmau smiled, sliding a box to him for him to tape shut. "You can count on me, Laurence."

"Thank you." He said, giving her a tight hug.

"No problem. Now, let's get back to work, the others will be back for the next load any minute."

The two friends filled boxes after boxes with Aphmau's stuff and by the time the others did get back they had packed up the rest of her stuff.

"Are you sure you don't want the couches?" Katelyn asked.

"I'm positive. I think Kawaii-Chan should take them, She can sell the for money for her store." Aphmau smiled.

"Kawaii-Chan will miss Aphmau-Senpai." Sniffled Kawaii-Chan as she pulled Katelyn and Aphmau into a hug.

"Aw... Kawaii-Chan I'll be living just down the street. I promise Kawaii-Chan, we'll still see each other and when the store comes over I'll be your biggest source of income. You won't be able to to get rid of me." Aphmau promised.

"O-okay, if Aphmau-Senpai is sure."

"I'm positive." Aphmau said, giving her head a gentle kiss. "And when the baby is born we'll all drive you crazy."

"K-Kawaii-Chan can't wait."

"Call us if you need anything." Katelyn said, "You're my best friend, Aphmau and no matter what time you call I'll always answer, alright?"

Aphmau could feel the tears coming on and she couldn't help but curse her out of control emotions. She hugged both of her friends tightly. "I love you guys so much."

"We love you too, Aphmau." Katelyn said.

"Kawaii-Chan loves Aphma-Senpai and Katelyn-Chan." Kawaii-Chan, being the first one to give in to her tears as she began to sob into their shoulders.
