Pink Party: Aarmau

Aaron found himself smiling as he watched Aphmau teach herself how to crochet. She was so beautiful, even when she was doing nothing but wasting time until their friends came over for the New Year's party. It was exciting, he almost couldn't wait to tell everybody the news. They were have a little girl! A baby girl! Holy Irene he was so excited to be a dad!

Of course the constant thinking about being a parent made his thoughts turn back to his own mom and dad who after his Senior Year left Phoenix Drop to live in a small island in the caribbean. Of course they had forgotten to tell him how to get a hold of them, but if he didn't much care. Aphmau's mom was excited enough for both of his parents.

Aphmau looked up at him, giving him a smile. "What?"

"I love you, Aphmau." He said, watching as a blush danced onto her face.

"I-I love you t-too."

A knock soon landed on the door, pulling his attention from his Fiance as he walked towards the front door opening it to see Lucinda, Kawaii-Chan, Cadenza, Katelyn, Jeffory's daughter Abby, and Aphmau's mother. All of them had gifts.

"This is a baby shower, what are you doing here?" Lucinda asked.

"I was helping Aph set up. Now that you guys are here though I'm going upstairs to work on the Nursery. Holler if you guys need anything." He said, then went upstairs leaving Aphmau with her girlfriends.

Aphmau watched as Aaron walked away, heading up the stairs to the bedroom and she smiled. "Okay, so we have cupcakes, and cookies in the kitchen. They're normal but the big cake on the table will reveal the baby's gender when we cut it. You guys can munch on the other sweets though while we play some games."

"Kawaii-Chan is super happy for Aphmau-Senpai! Kawaii-Chan always thought Aphmau-Senpai would make a great mommy!"

Aphmau smiled, "Thank's Kawaii-chan. Now, let's play some games!"

After two rounds of "Scene-it", four rounds of "You Don't Know Jack" A round of "Life" and a round of "Monopoly" that ended up in Kately physically flipping the table. Aphmau still enjoyed it all and when it was time for cake all but Abby and Kawaii-Chan guessed that she was having a boy. So of course, it made Aphmau feel like it was time for cake. So, she pushed the knife into the cake, looking at everybody before pulling the strip of cake away showing the pink inside.

"A GIRL!!!" Her mom screamed loudly, "I'M GOING TO HAVE A GRANDDAUGHTER! I'M GONNA BE A GRANDMA! I CAN'T WAIT!" She jumped up and down excitedly.

"Congratulations, Aphmau-Senpai!"

"A girl! A girl! A girl!" Abby said, bouncing up and down happily.

"Don't worry, Aph. I'll make sure she's tough." Katelyn promised with a wink.

Aphmau laughed, "You guys are all going to be awesome, I know she'll just love you all."

"Do you have names picked out?"

"We're torn between Lilith and Alexis." She said, pushing her hair out of her face. "But we're going to wait until we're closer to decide. Whatever feels right, you know?"

They all smiled.

"They're both beautiful names." Lucinda said, "No matter what you chose will be the right one."

For the moment everything seemed so right... but who knew that things that were going so good could go so wrong so fast.
