My Street: One-Shots

Winter: Tracinda

"I've always loved the snow." Lucinda said, as they watched the snow begin to fall. Business was booming for everybody at the store but because of the soft falling snow outside there wasn't many people there currently. "There's just something magical about it." She said, looking at Travis who was watching it with me.

"I always got made fun of when it snowed." He admitted, "Having white hair kinda does that. I was called Snow White most of Sixth Grade... It sucked."

"Aww, you poor cutie you." Lucinda cooed making Travis blush slightly. For some reason he could never pull off that "tough guy" "flirty" act around her. Maybe it was the fact that she flirted back or that she even seemed to like him, but Travis couldn't be sure about that one. Everytime he thought a girl liked him she ended up breaking his heart or leaving him.

"Y-yeah... if you say so." He said, with a weak laugh.

"Well I have to go back to the cafe, what are you going to do?"

"What do you mean?"

"What are you going to do while I'm working, silly." She rolled her eyes, "I'm busy til Friday with my end of the shop. What are you going to do to pass the time?"

Travis gave a smile. "Well I might go check on Aphmau and Aaron, they've been putting together the nursery. I might as well keep busy while everybody else is busy."

"What about Garroth and Laurence?"

"Of, they said they wanted the house alone today, I donno They've been asking weird lately, it's kinda annoying but after Halloween I stopped asking questions. Whatever helps him, you know."

Lucinda nodded. "Yeah, I do. Well if you decide to come back Kawaii-Chan is making a new type of coffee."

"I might have to bring you up on that." Travis said, pulling the hood of his jacket on before he kissed her cheek then walked out of the shop and made his way to Aaron's and Aphmau's house. His face was red, not from the cold, but from the blush he had. He really liked Lucinda, and he hoped she felt the same. He had to do all he could not to mess it up though... He didn't want to see her hurt, especially by his hands.
