Winter Miracles: Aarmau

Authors note: Hey! After so many chapters that were mature and NSFW I decided to go back to the fluff! <3 yay fluff! NSFW things make me uncomfortable sometimes so writing a crap-ton of fluff helps me so much! :3 Anyways, expect fluff for a while!

Aaron could hardly keep still as he tapped his foot rapidly on the floor. He had gone to a few of these things with Aphmau, but this one was different, this one was the day that they would find out. They would find out whether they were having a boy or a girl. Sure they wouldn't be telling the others for a few more days but that didn't matter to him. He was just tired of calling the baby "it" or "they" he wanted to know if the baby was a "he" or a "she".

"Aphmau." The nurse said, peeking her head out of the open door.

Aaron got up, then took Aphmau's hand and helped her to her feet. The two walking together to the back room. No matter how many times he came in this back room it was always cold. Unnaturally cold. Still though, Aphmau looked completely comfortable as she was insturcted to lay on the table and roll up her shirt.

Aphmau did as she was told, rolling up her shirt to show her stomach.

"How far along are you?" The doctor asked, dribbling some clear ointment on her stomach and making her shiver.

"Fourteen weeks." Aphmau smiled.

"That's great." The doctor smiled, putting the wand to the her expanded stomach.

Aaron watched him curiously, before feeling his heart pound when he heard that familiar and comforting sound of not only Aphmau's heart beating through the machine but also the rapid beating heart of the baby.

"Good size, development is great." The doctor smiled, "Is a little on the small side but it's in a good range. Any cravings?"

"Yes." Aphmau smiled, "I have been craving Quesadilla's and Ice Cream." She blushed slightly.

"Ooh, that's one I haven't heard before." The doctor smiled, "My wife craved cheetos and milk. It was hard to watch her eat but it's what she wanted, so I didn't argue with her about it."

Aaron smiled, "Yeah, well I like her mom's Quesadilla's, and if she keeps making them for us we'll have enough to last us the rest of her pregnancy."

"I'm glad you guys have help." He smiled. "Now, would you like to know the gender?"

Aphmau and Aaron looked at each other before Aphmau nodded.

"Yes, please."

"Alright." He moved the wand a bit more before he smiled and pointed to the screen. "It's a little baby girl."

"I-I-It's a girl?" Aaron said, a huge smile coming onto his face.

"Yes sir, it is." The doctor smiled.

"Y-y-you hear that, Aphmau! It's a girl!"

"I heard!" She said, taking his hand and pulling him into a hug. "We're having a little girl!"
