My Street: One-Shots

Beach Day: Vylad, Zane, Garroth, Dante, Travis, Laurence (Friends)

In the days passing Halloween Dante had noticed that Laurence had relaxed quite a bit, he was guessing whatever his brother did to his best friend was in the past. For now at least. The next time he saw Gene though he was going to get some answers, whatever he had done was bad. He had never seen Laurence like that before, in his constant daze wandering around like a zombie, jumping at every noise, but now he was back to his normal self.

"Look what I found guys!" Travis said, holding up a VHS tape.

"If that's some of your 80's exercise video's, we don't want it." Zane growled.

Travis blushed, "No! You jerk, it's a Highschool Video! Of us! It says "Beach Day Freshmen Year"."

"The Beach Day?" Vylad said, tilting his head.

"I remember that!" Laurence said happily. "Put it in! Let's watch it!"

Travis smiled, jogging over to the TV and putting it in the VCR. He then sat on the couch between Dante and Laurence and the six turned to the TV curious of what could be on the video.

The camera struggled to focus for a moment before Travis smiled and looked at his friends, "I think it's recording!"

"Ooh! Let me see!" Vylad said, pulling the camera down to look at the screen with a cheesy smile. "That looks awesome!"

"Let's record some hot chicks!" Dante said, looking at Garroth for some encouragement but got nothing but Garroth talking to Zane. Zane was sitting under an umbrella grumbling about sitting in the sun for so long and how he wanted to go back home.

"Come now, Little Brother, it was a three hour bus ride, do you really want to cram back on the bus just to turn around again? Try and have some fun." His smooth voice said.

"Come on, Garroth." Laurence said from the edge of the water which splashed at his feet. "I don't want to go swimming without you!"

"Coming, Laurence." Garroth shouted over.

The camera then turned to Aphmau and Aaron. Aaron was picking on Aphmau, while Aphmau shoved him away with a blush. Clearly embarrassed about wearing a swimsuit in front of everybody.

"We could do that or we could make some memories." Travis said, "This is my mom' camera, and if he watches a tape back of nothing but cute girls I could get in some serious trouble."

"Boo." Dante said, crossing his arms as Travis held up the camera again towards the water this time.

Laurence and Garroth were in the water, playing together and splashing each other, having as much fun as they could. Then Vylad ran into the water tackling his eldest brother and his friend down with a laugh.

"Vylad is king of the beach!" He yelled, triumphantly before running through the water with Laurence and Garroth right behind him.

"Overthrow the king!!!!" The two yelled, continuing to chase the younger boy.

"Long live the King!" Vylad yelled desperately.

Zane could be heard chuckling from under his umbrella.

"They're so cute." Laughed a girl, Ivy who stood with her two friends. "Especially Garroth."

"Ew." Travis said.

"Garroth is hot." Sighed Dante, "Which is why we have to try hard! We have to make people like Ivy look at us!"

"You can have Ivy. She's creepy." Travis said, "I'd prefer Katelyn. She's cute."

"Yeah, if you look creepy hotheads."

"I like them better than people like Ivy. She keep's hurting Aphmau. She's a big bully and I don't like her."

Dante frowned, "Aphmau's being bullied?"

"Yeah, why do you think people call her "potato" it's not a compliment, it's an insult made up by Ivy and her friends... it hurts her to be called "Potato"..."

"So that's why you never call her Potato..."

"Duh, it's an insult. If you want to be her friend don't call her that..."

"I get it. I won't. She needs to tell somebody if she's being bullied though..."

"She does tell somebody. Me. Because I'm her best friend."

"The king has fallen!" Vylad yelled dramatically as he flopped down on his side in the water, causing the two to laugh loudly.
