We were marched out of the woods, the soldiers behind us picking up our weapons. I overheard one of the soldiers talking to the knight on the horse and gathered that his name was Frederick and that he loyally served the family of Robin the Saviour.
"We'll take him to Owain. He can sort this out. A chip off the old block he was!" said one of the soldiers.
"Not quite. Owain is reckless and can't control himself, when Robin never was. Robin would sacrifice himself any day if it meant it helped someone in need. Owain... He just doesn't have that urge to help people as his father... I worry about him..." Frederick responded.
"Hey, you just said Robin would sacrifice himself, not he would HAVE sacrificed himself. Does that mean he's still alive?" Pit asked, reduced to a mere child (which I think he was deep down).
"indeed. He hasn't been home for a good while though, I think he's in a region called Sinho... Something like that. All I know is he's chasing after more pokemon like he has for the past decades. Ever since he married Lissa and became King he's only visited a handful of times. His elder son, Red, is going with him to all these places to become a trainer. Coming back to what I said earlier, I think Owain is a little jealous of his brother and that he is left alone for so long." answered Frederick.
We came to a plain of grassland and saw the kingdom of Yilisse not far ahead, and I have to say it was absolutely stunning to look at. On we marched until we entered the front gate and Pit and I were pushed to our knees before a robed figure. As he stood before us I felt a presence of dark energy that almost scared me.
"Your highness Owain, we have caught these two in the forest near the birthplace of your father. They were armed with these." Frederick said to the prince before is as our weapons were handed over. I dared to look up and saw him look back at me.
"tell me, which of you weilds this large sword?" Owain half spat in our direction.
"I do, it's my buster sword. It's the last I have of Midgar, my hometown-"
"Hometown!? There is no such thing as a hometown. There is a place you are born and a place you are raised, but home is a place to which you return. If Yilisse were a hometown then surely my father would have returned by now!" Owain threw my sword to the ground in front of me "if you, peasant boy, use this sword then allow me to test your skill!" He said, producing a weapon from his robe.
