We all turned back around to see Red pacing towards Owain, a pokeball in hand. We five drew our weapons and prepared for battle. Red brought his arm back to throw the ball to the ground to release his pokemon, but his arm jolted as it was caught. Robin gave Red a hard stare that caused all if us to feel uneasy, let alone how Red felt. Without uttering a word, Robin led Red towards the building. This, I'd been told, was a building where the four greatest trainers in the region waited for challengers to try and claim the title of 'pokemon master'. We decided it was time to fly. Owain climbed onto Moltres and seemed at home on the fiery bird, presumably he'd been taken for rides on him as a child. Pit flew himself, and Samus continued to share Articuno with Wario. I climbed onto Zapdos for what could have been the last time, and I got the distinct feeling that he knew this. We took off and headed north towards a vast ocean Palutena had guided us to.
"So Pit," Samus began "Looks like I'm not the only one you gawked at on first sight!" Pit blushed.
"that was a different 'gawking', as you say."
"different? How so? I saw no difference." said Wario.
"Well, when I look at Samus even now I am taken aback by her sheer beauty that she radiates-"
"cut the mushy crap, angel boy. Get to the point already!" Samus jested
"if I must. When I saw Robin it was more reminiscent of meeting a grand deity or a demigod. Someone so valued and worshipped... Ten feet away from me. That's the different 'gawking' you saw!" Pit said, followed by a sassy click of his fingers and a kiss of his teeth. We all indulged in raucous laughter for possibly as much as a minute.
The birds began to circle around an area in the water, indicating that we had found our saviour. Pit took out the ocarina and repeated the five note tune he'd been taught. Out from the water burst an enormous white pokemon. Sizing up at about five times the size of each of our birds, this giant with blue fins either side of its head majestically floated before us.
"Lugia, the saviour from the depths, has awoken once more." Lady Palutena's voice echoed. The birds lined up and Lugia seemed to connect to us all in our minds.
"I possess the knowledge that you seek. I know where to find the leader of League Army." He said.
