We landed just outside Lumoise City and walked in with Zapdos behind us. The people we encountered were all looking at me, shocked and scared as I passed by with the legendary bird behind me.
"Hey there... That's a nice bird you've got there... Mind if I pet it?" said a female voice from behind me. I turned and saw a very pretty woman. Shimmering blonde hair, sparkling blue eyes, and not much else was exposed as the rest of her body was covered in a skin-tight blue suit. A gun was strapped to her hip, and she held out a friendly hand which I shook and then led over to Zapdos.
"what a bounty! I mean... Beauty! I'm looking for something similar to this as my own pokemon," she continued as Owain, Pit, and I began to share concerned looks "I'm sorry, I didn't catch your names."
"I'm Owa-"
"Clo-"
"I'm P-"
"I was first! Shut up! I'm Cloud, and this is Owain and Pit." I said, to which Pit almost instantly added
"He wasn't first but yeah I'm Pit. I've seen plenty of angels before, me being one of them, but you're a new one... What's your name? Is it as pretty as your face?" She giggled and replied
"It's Samus Aran, and you're quite the charmer, Pit"
"I'll call you SAMMY!" Pit said with a goofy look on his face
"you most certainly won't! If you really must shorten my name you will call me Samus. I'll accept nothing less, angel boy!" she replied sternly, a slight tone of offence in her voice. We all laughed, and she looked back at Zapdos.
"I'll have to be off now. Important business to get to, you know? Have a safe journey you three!" Samus said as she walked towards the city gates we had entered through. Pit embarrassingly stared at her all the way there and for about 5 seconds after she had gone. I slapped him over the back of the head and said
"what's wrong with you? Is this how you always are with women? See a pair of-"
"Cloud, please. That's hardly appropriate for a public conversation." Owain interrupted
"... Eyes... And then you go all goopy?"
"Nope. Just this woman! I mean... I don't see many of them. Angels are different, they're all the same. Humans are just so... so... INTERESTING!" Pit said with enthusiasm that began to turn heads of the people around us.
"Kid, be quiet and come with us. We're leaving as soon as possible." Owain said, shoving Pit onwards into the City centre.
