A/N Want to know an interesting fact? Haylee is based off a person I used to know.

At the end of school I approached Jaxon, "What's wrong with Matt?" He looked at me like I was from a different planet then his eyes widened in realization.

"Umm, well I broke up with him." He looked down in shame. I grabbed him by the wrist and drug him to my room.

"Why the fuck didn't you tell me?" I said storming into the room and seeing Matt still in bed. Jaxon was silent.

"What?" He acted like he didn't know what I was talking about.'

"You know damn well what I'm talking about."

"I don't tell you because it's not like you care." He looked down at his arm.

"Bullshit. Why wouldn't I care? You're my be- my friend." I stopped myself from saying best friend.

He looked at his arm again and stayed quiet. "Oh. Now I see." I was pissed, I threw down Jaxon's wrist and stormed over to Matt.

I looked into his eyes, they were filled with fear. "Give. Me. Your. Arm." My voice was shaking with anger. "That wasn't a sports injury."

"No. I have rights." He was playing stupid.

"That's not what I said when I did the same damn thing." I forgot Jaxon was there for a second.

"I didn't do that."

"Bullshit." I half yelled.

"I-I didn't." His voice got really high and cracked.

"QUIT LYING!" I screamed at him.

"I'M NOT!" He yelled back.

I climbed up and grabbed his arm, he was struggling to get free but I held on as I took the brace off. I saw the bandages, I knew what that meant and I was absolutely livid. He got up, grabbed his brace and glared at me before storming out.

"You know, I only broke up with him because he was in love with you." Jaxon piped up after a few seconds.

"YOU! THIS IS YOUR FAULT!" I turned to him, I strode up in front of him and without thinking punched him as hard as I could in the face. He just stood there, I drew my fist back again but put it down.

"Please just go." My voice was thick with emotion. He nodded and walked to the door, he turned to look at me before leaving. The door closed behind him, I grabbed the closest thing to me, a book, and threw it at the closed door before collapsing in bed.

A few hours latter I heard the door open, I was still pissed but I still felt bad. He was silent for a few minutes latter I could hear Matt crying, I was worried. I crawled up on his bed.

"Matt?" I whispered, he just sniffled. It was heartbreaking seeing him like this. I pulled him to my chest.

"Matt, you really scared me earlier. Please never do that to yourself again." I whispered into his hair.

"It's not like it matters, no one loves me anyways. So why would they care if I'm gone."

"Matthew Hanker, you listen to me. People do care about you, I-I care about you. I don't want to see you hurting, I never want to see you hurt so bad like you did, like you are." I remember what Jaxon said about Matt liking me. I pulled him away far enough where I could cup his face in my hands, his eyes were so sad. "Please promise me."

He nodded his head and bit his lip, I looked to his lips and back up at his eyes before slowly leaning in. Our lips met, Matt froze, I thought I had made a mistake until I felt him relax and wrap his arms around my neck and pulling me closer.

Our lips moved slowly on a gentle kiss, there was no tongue and it wasn't heated. I ran my hands through his hair like I had thought about since the day we met, it was soft, I smiled against his lips.

He was the first one to pull away, "G-Gabe, what about Haylee?"

Shit! "I'll talk to her, don't worry." I told him, he nodded and yawned. He was so adorable, I leaned over and pecked his lips once more.

I moved us so that we were laying down cuddling, I was the big spoon this time. I played with Matt's hair until he fell asleep.

"Goodnight my love." I whispered into the dark room.

A/N quick question, WHY THE FUCK IS LZZY HALE SO PERFECT?!? SHE IS BOTH HOT, BEAUTIFUL AND SEXY! JUST BY LOOKING AT HER OR HEARING HER VOICE JUST GIVES YOU AN ORGASM! AND I'M SUPPOSED TO SEE HALESTORM AND SHINEDOWN(I've already seen Shinedown in concert like three times) I'M SO EXCITED!
