Chapter 29
Morning finally came.
''Yay babe, we can finally go home.'' I called out to Nathaniel, shaking his leg to wake him up.
''Not so fast dear, we got to do a ultrasound to check on your baby.'' The doctor said.
''Okay.'' I responded.
"Nathaniel are you going to come? You don't have to if you don't want to considering you're so tired, and you can see another ultrasound in a few weeks anyway.'' I said to Nathaniel.
''Uh, yeah sure I'm coming, sorry.'' He responded.
Heading to the room where I'm getting my ultrasound I was completely nervous. Like what if something happened to my baby when I fainted.. I mean I know it's not dead or I would've bled like crazy but I didn't bleed at all. I guess that's a good sign.
"Ou that's cold.'' I said while they placed the gel on my belly.
''First ultrasound?'' The doctor asked.
''Nope, second just not used to the gel yet, but guess I will get used to it.'' I said.
''Oh, haha'' The doctor said with a laugh.
''Is our baby alright?'' Nathaniel impatiently asked.
''Yes, your baby is doing just fine.'' The doctor said.
I got up after wiping the gel off me and throwing out the paper towel getting ready to just go home, I am so tired of being here and it's only been one day, I have no idea how I'm going to deal with it when I give birth and have to stay there, I mean the food is disgusting. I rather starve.
''Nathaniel, can we go to a resturant or mcdonals or something? I'm hungry.'' I asked.
He nodded and we headed off to the car. We seen another note, but after what happened we're not even going to read it.
''Guess we'll get the cops back down to collect the note and ask for them to put undercover look outs around our house that way this person can fuck off.'' Nathaniel said.
"Yeah, well let's not think about it, I think I've done enough thinking and stressing, and we can definitely both agree on that one.'' I commented.
Before heading to the resturant Nathaniel drove into the drive way of his house.
''What are we doing here?'' I asked.
''Well we can't go out in our clothing from yesterday, let's go get ready babe.'' Nathaniel said.
I rushed upstairs not having a clue where we're going. I took my curler and curled my hair, I started doing my make up, I decided to go with smokey eyes and put on my cheetah pencil skirt and black half shirt leaving a little space between my skirt and shirt. I grabbed my hand bag and walked downstairs putting on my black high heels, calling up the stairs.
''I'm ready babe.''
''OK, coming.''
He came downstairs looking hot as hell, oh my goodness he was the true definition of perfect.
''You look good.'' I commented , while checking him out.
''Why don't you take a picture, it'll last longer.'' he said winking at me.
''Oh shut up.''
''You know I'm kidding, you look gorgeous babe.''
Heading into the car I was so curious to know where we were going but he insisted on it being a surprise.
It wasn't long before we arrived into some fancy resturant.
